Upon arrival, we were immediately given the room key, even though we had arrived before the official check-in time. The room was well-kept, clean, and spacious, with two terraces and a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and several pillows were provided.
We did encounter a small issue: the hairdryer in our room had some rusty water inside its holder, which could have been dangerous. As soon as we reported it to the reception, they promptly took action to resolve the problem and even offered to change our room. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help.
The hotel features two pools: one outdoor pool near the spa area (which includes a hot tub, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, ice fountain, and heated loungers) and one indoor pool located on the fourth floor, equipped with water jets and a hydromassage area. You can reach the indoor pool either through an outdoor path or directly from inside the hotel via stairs or elevator. I also loved the idea of providing a swimwear spinner to quickly dry bathing suits.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend.
Hotel super clean and kids friendly.
Lunch and dinners are tasteful
Pools are great
The only con I noted that sauna, hamam and hydro massage were overcrowded and not always on creating long cues and preventing you get the maximum relax from your deserved leave.

This was the first year, two more will follow. And if it weren't for this damn virus we would have continued and now even if we want there are personal problems who knows maybe tomorrow.
Pleasant to spend time in the spa saunas and thermal pools located on the top floor and outdoors.
Classic environment furnished with taste for details.
I was pampered by the maitre Pier and delighted by the Chef's cuisine.
I highly recommend the bar inside the structure where Tonino will happily serve amazing cocktails.
I thank all the staff for the care and seriousness of the service.
