Amazing as usually!
I stayed there more than 20 times and always happy.
Reception team is friendliest ever, Antonella very cute.
Room was amazing even had sunbed on balcony
The room photos do not reflect reality; in fact, the reality is worse. We were given a room with carpets that had a bad odor, which made the entire room smell unpleasant. The furniture was old, and the bathroom looked like it was from the '90s. Overall, we were disappointed, especially considering the high price for such a room.
On the other hand, the public areas of the hotel looked quite good, and...
Very convenient place. Clean and friendly staffs. Highly recommend.
Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.
Truly Worthy of 5 Stars!
From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. Every member of staff — from the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff, the spa ladies, and the housekeeping team — was incredibly accommodating and warm. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The location is convenient, with shops, a hairdresser, and other amenities...
We chose this hotel for the cost-effectiveness of accommodation. This is a resort hotel with complete facilities and decent service. The swimming pool is open normally, and the hotel has obviously been renovated and is not in a very old state. Everything is good, and you don't need to walk to the 534 bus to the city center, but the time is very random.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.
Overall pretty good hotel. I would stay there again and would have no problem recommending it to others.
The hotel is right on the seaside and offers free parking, which is very convenient for tourists who drive themselves.
Great hotel with a room facing the sea. Excellent breakfast and private car park. Kind and professional staff. I really appreciated the shower without a tub that I had requested and they accommodated me. I will definitely return
A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.
The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language.
Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

Great location adjacent to airport. shuttle service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room was spotless. large pool, very inviting.
Very good shuttle service to the airport every half an hour - the best among many hotels. Very clean and quiet. Facilities can be better maintained.
This is a very functional hotel close to Catania Airport. Ideal when you have a late arrival or an early flight. The hotel has a shuttle service available.
Rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant is open until 10.30 P.M. so you can have a dinner when you arrive late.
But food is good but the restaurant is not cosy.
The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport.Very convenient for early flights.
Very modern, nice hotel, only a 15-minute walk from the airport, makes it ideal for overnight stay before traveling.

5 stars where?
Toiles at the lobby were terrible, fridge at the room super dirty, service very average and the place is quite down, needs renovation immediately
Hotel was ok, needs a little update, beds really comfortable, rooms dark with aircondioning not able to adjust . Location was good and accessible. Reception staff were helpful. Bar and restaurant very slow service.
The door of the room is unique and big enough. The service is nice. It is close to the airport and train station. It is the best choice for a one-day trip to Catania via Taormina. The breakfast is also very good.
Beautiful hotel, cared for in every detail.
Clean and quiet rooms.
Clean and sanitary, good service
Very particular hotel but with swimming pool and beach included. Better to have a car, it is located in a somewhat peripheral area. My room was large; Sophisticated restaurant but with little choice for those who don't eat meat/fish

Great Beach 🏝️ and pool hotel in Catania
Excellent hotel. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great pool and private beach 🏖️.
Breakfast was great with traditional breakfast items on the menu.
Quite limited dinner options, however there is a restaurant across the road called “Trattoria Del Sole”, which is reasonable price, and offers a different option if required!
We were looking for a comfortable one night stay the evening before flying home. This property exceeded our expectations. While we did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool and surrounding area, we did walk around the property and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was ultimately good, though the service staff seemed a little out of rhythm, helping others with...
Property very nice. Very clean. Pool and beach were great. Only comment was the restaurant – food fair and service very very slow.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The lobby is nice, but outside are lots of camped homeless people which makes it feel quite unsafe.
The first room we were given was absolutely awful, like something from a horror movie. Also, the hot water didn't work and it creaked with every step. Fortunately, after raising this to the front desk, we were given a new room which was more comfortable and had...
My stay at this hotel was not planned, rather had no other choice. Unfortunately the price-value rate was not so good. Not sure why the rooms looked so outdated, but it looked like as they were not renovated for a long time. It was not up to Mercure standards. The breakfast was interesting as it was my first stay in Italy. I was missing a good coffee as they only had in warmer jugs. Hope they will...
Very good location n the Mt. Etna view suite made our stay very comfortable. Decor was modern. Amenities were satisfactory.
But decently spread Breakfast was utter disappointment with it’s only sweet n too many sweets or cold food options.
We ordered omelette which came as an extra order but almost 20 min after. It was huge compare to its price but unfortunately it was burnt from the top n not really...
Medium good hotel. Clean, cozy, but with a few remarks on the maintenance. The air conditioning at the reception works at full speed, while the room is almost not felt.
My guests are satisfied with the experience I booked for them here
The bed feels like a motel 8 bed. The wall paper is Peeling in the rooms and hallway. I would have given this place a 2 star but I enjoyed the bathroom size

Room was lovely. We had a balcony view to the sea. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The restaurant was perfect for dinner. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There are places to eat nearby and a big grocery store. Very nice place.
In general it’s and old building with small bathrooms and showers
Enjoyable Stay Overall
We had read the mixed reviews about the hotel and after staying there are more positives than negatives - good location , lovely pool area and sea terrace, helpful staff, comfortable bed , excellent housekeeping however the hotel does need some updating and parts need cleaning such as the lift windows and balcony furniture , more choices for eggs at breakfast would be nice ....
Hotel is very nice, comfortable, staff is polite. The breakfast has no much variety, service super. The hotel has a pool and and to offer access to the sea through a half tunnel, something special. Room is clean and with balcony.
The rooms were nice. Small but nice. The shower was way to small and leaked all over the floor. My A/C did not work but at least the fan blew the hot air around. The breakfast was free but not much of a variety, only breads. The pool was nice and refreshing after a long hot day and the beer at the pool bar was cold😁. Customer service was great, thanks for getting us in on short notice. Just a short...

Outstanding location in heart of the old town, with most destinations walkable. High standard of furnishing and cleanliness. Quick ride to airport. All staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Good buffet breakfast.
Wonderful place to stay in Catania! Great city center location, minutes by walking to all points of interest and eateries. Hotel staff are very kind, and helpful. They will assist you if you want to take an excursion or provide you for food recommendations. Highly rated!
When you visit Sicily in August, you expect heat—and you’re prepared for it. But when you book a hotel with air conditioning, you expect your room to be a place to cool off and rest. Palace Catania UNA Esperienze struggled to provide that.

It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. The room was very big and it was the only 4-star hotel I stayed in Italy that provided disposable slippers, and they were of very good quality. I stayed in 16 4-star hotels in Italy in one month.
The heating was just not enough, it was only 11 degrees at night in early April...
Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, room a bit small with wardrobe not easily accessible
The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.
Family connecting room for a family, the room size is OK
Hygiene: When I entered the bathroom, I found that the toilet was not flushed clean and there was 🤢 residue left. . . . After flushing 3 times, I was shocked to see dust all over the tables.

I will definitely go back. Practically on the sea. The beautiful beach a few meters from the bungalow. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and pleasant staff. Large green spaces. Restaurant and tobacconist. Nearby there are restaurants, bars and a Lidl reachable in a few minutes by car. Bus stop for Catania center right at the entrance of the structure. Airport 5 minutes away.
The houses are made of cardboard, very noisy from airplanes!
I was in this village at the beginning of December, a quiet place, clean village, beautiful room, friendly staff
Stunning sea view
I recommend it to you
Something fabulous. Bungalows right on the beach. A wonderful sunrise. Beautiful view of Etna. Clean tidy. A very nice employee - a great person. The breakfast was modest but the coffee was delicious. 12 minutes to the airport. Open 24 hours. I am very satisfied. This place probably benefits in the summer, during the season. Nice infrastructure. Cottages in a wooded area, sandy beach, parking, 24-hour...

Great hotel! Antonio, the bar manager makes the best Negroni cocktails! Our group had so much fun in the bar lounge area and Antonio was very professional and accommodating.
Nice stay in modern very clean rooms. First floor room 016 was very quiet and spacious. No extra seating though. Breakfast is very good. Sicilian pastries and good italian coffees. Self service American coffee for those that miss the weaker variety. Antonio and Frederica were extremely helpful and attentive hosts. Heard about rougher areas nearby but feels safe if you stay in the touristy parts...
Booked this room for one night for my children arriving to join a family vacation. Area is riddled with prostitutes. No parking. Unsafe to walk in evenings as single females. Very basic room. Clean. Romano House was an excellent experience, great hotel. Service was great, Very chic bar and Antonio was a super host. Took care of us twice and even saw us at breakfast, very helpful. Nice but not kind enough as expected from a tourist service
The hotel breakfast is superb! You can see the snow-capped mountains on the top floor. The service is also very good. It is highly recommended and suitable for vacation. It is a little far from the city and requires a taxi.

Vincenzo at the front desk is amazing and very accommodating. Gave us great recommendations on where to eat, like Nitto was one of the best meals we had in Sicily.
