Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. We chose this hotel for the cost-effectiveness of accommodation. This is a resort hotel with complete facilities and decent service. The swimming pool is open normally, and the hotel has obviously been renovated and is not in a very old state. Everything is good, and you don't need to walk to the 534 bus to the city center, but the time is very random.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

This is a very functional hotel close to Catania Airport. Ideal when you have a late arrival or an early flight. The hotel has a shuttle service available.  Rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant is open until 10.30 P.M. so you can have a dinner when you arrive late.  But food is good but the restaurant is not cosy.

The door of the room is unique and big enough. The service is nice. It is close to the airport and train station. It is the best choice for a one-day trip to Catania via Taormina. The breakfast is also very good.

Very cost-effective! The breakfast is rich in variety and the rooms are clean and tidy. Check-in is fast and convenient. The reception is warm and comfortable. This is a hotel with a great experience that is trustworthy and worth staying in.

Booked this room for one night for my children arriving to join a family vacation. Area is riddled with prostitutes. No parking. Unsafe to walk in evenings as single females. Very basic room. Clean. The staff at the reception were so friendly~ When I told them it was my first time in Catania, they spread out a map and recommended good places to visit!! They also introduced tours and conveniently called a taxi to the airport on the day of check-out :)

Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

Nice but not kind enough as expected from a tourist service

The hotel breakfast is superb! You can see the snow-capped mountains on the top floor. The service is also very good. It is highly recommended and suitable for vacation. It is a little far from the city and requires a taxi.
