Hotel Malavoglia in Aci Trezza

Great little hotel all around. The staff and serving and front desk are very pleasant and accommodating. The room decor is fresh, bright and modern. It is close to waterfront sites and restaurants. A lovely little hotel to book into for work or pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable for the whole family. The pool is a great place to cool off and the kids had so much fun there. The location is walkable, the breakfast is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

New and nice hotel just a 2 walking minute to the beach! Internal pool and large breakfast room. Friendly staff and large room. Close to local restaurants and city center. The only flaw was the noise during the night. The doors and the walls are pretty tiny so you will literally hear everything during the night! Bring some earplugs

Good value for money.
The rooms are big enough with decent sized bathroom. We booked a triple room and, after a problem with the lighting system, were upgraded to a quadruple room for free.
Location is great, near the sea and restaurants. Also very well positioned for day trips on the east coast. Staff is also friendly and helpful. There's also an underground parking at extra cost.
The breakfast is ok at most. Very few choices, but tasty overall.
I would also mention that the ventilation system is quite noisy at night, especially in the quadruple room which had 2 exterior walls and you could often hear a vibration.

This is the perfect location for those who want to visit both the riviera, Catania, and my Etna. Staff is very kind and will go out of their way to help you; breakfast is excellent serving both traditional foods as well as local sweet specialties of great quality. The rooms are spacious and clean with great showers and a small deck. There is a nice pool with a coffee shop and restaurant annexed. Parking can be either in the building at a fee or it can be found on the street and it is free. The amazing sea (a marine reserve) is a few steps in front of the hotel and access is free. Don’t forget to bring snorkel and fins. Catania is connected directly by bus (40 minutes to the cathedral square) or it is only 10-15 minutes away by car. Next door to the hotel is the local tourist board and a supermarket. Absolutely recommend this hotel

I am happy to write a positive review for the Hotel Malavoglia, located at Via Provinciale, 5, 95021 Aci Trezza CT. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few nights and was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is exceptional. It is situated just a short walk away from the town center of Aci Trezza, a delightful fishing village with numerous restaurants and bars.

The hotel's rooms are spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities. The double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing and allow for enjoying the view without being disturbed by external noise.

The hotel staff are exceptional, always courteous and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and provide information about local attractions. In particular, the reception staff demonstrated great professionalism, as well as a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The breakfast served each morning at the hotel is simply delicious. The buffet offers a wide selection of sweet and savory foods, all of excellent quality.

Finally, I must mention the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms, common spaces, and exterior are always impeccably clean. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail by the staff, which makes the Hotel Malavoglia a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent hotel, our room was huge with hot tub. Very bright and spacious bedroom, large queen size bed. Fridge, safe and kettle, tea but no coffee available??. Andrea at the pool bar was very good, always smiling and gave great service. Pool area nice, lovely sunbeds and parasols, towels for pool use available. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide choice of cakes and savory foods. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. It's location is excellent for the beach and restaurants etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends. A truly restful and relaxing holiday.
