Would be great for them to inform you about places of interest and organised tours. They have plenty of areas to put entertainment for families like ping pong tables, darts , table games etc

The breakfast was included but the food was very plaint no the Italian touch that we were expecting and they can offer more verity. The wellness area didn’t have me the feeling that I was expecting

No iron available ? So my clothes were very crispy. Despite language barrier with some members of staff we found Izabela the bar mánager and his colleague very friendly and professional

Remarkable is also the food with it's local specialties! For me the perfect spot to relax and calm down from a busy week

The hotel is well located, and is beautiful and clean. They still need to improve customer service that is something different to be friendly

The bar has professional staff and this is really a very smart hotel, with beautiful grounds, swimming pool and spa plus Tuli houses to look at

The only advice for the front desk staff as such Very kind, inform customers that in case they want to wait for check in it will not be possible JUST because there are anti-COVID room sanitization procedures which are unfortunately time consuming

The first impression is sometimes wrong. 50pm according to their order at 3. it was impossible to foresee because the disinfection and airing of the rooms takes time, room 123 Clean tidy Quiet everything is ok

Excellent location (to the center - 10 minutes walk, next to the sweetest bakery - don't miss it!). Purely IKEA style in the rooms: everything you need is present. There are hot dryers in the bath

I spent a weekend in October 2020 with my family at the Olimpo Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful experience to say the least. The structure is located a short walk from the center of Alberobello

Superb structure, just a few minutes walk from the center of Alberobello, enough to get there in a short time and at the same time guarantee the right feeling of peace and relaxation

New building, well maintained and comfortable, with free underground and outdoor parking. Highly professional and attentive staff at the reception and in the breakfast room

Awesome hotel, we felt very welcomed. We slept well, breakfast was good and the pool nice and clean. Dorel at the reception is a very nice guy.

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful hotel with a swimming pool. It is located two minutes walk from the famous and beautiful Trulli. The staff are all polite and very helpful

near the old city with the trulli. a small but clean swimming pool. great personnel always there to help. the rooms are clean and comfortable. a big variety for the breakfast table with good flavors

a nice experience for the days i stayed there. if i come again at alberobello for sure i will try to stay there again

no furniture on terrace on arrival but they promptly brought chairs on request. Nice looking swimming pool, though of course not open in April

We were able to use the pool on day of check out until we left to travel to Naples and were even provided with fresh pool towels after check out to use during that day

The pool and garden are well maintained and a pleasure to admire and enjoy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate, and the service good

My only slight criticism is that the inside of the fridge in our bedroom was a little rusty and the bed was quite hard, however neither really impacted our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alberobello

If you are driving, it is a good base to visit other localities such as Locorotondo, Ostumi, Brindisi, the Castellana Caves and Monopoli. I recommend the hotel and would return there without hesitation

There is bar service to your sun bed which was a lovely touch, the location is perfect for exploring the Truuli houses and the rest of the town and there is also free parking at the hotel

This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet green location and within easy walking distance to the historical Trulli district. Parking space is adequate for cars and tourist buses

The rooms are modern and elegant, certainly not dated, comfortable and always decidedly clean, many of which overlook the splendid swimming pool

The hotel combines true Apulian hospitality, with excellent services: the swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms of an excellent standard, the right and quality breakfast and the amazing dinner

The only two complaints would be the power switches in the room which were not cleaned well and the balcony doors and windows. The hotel has a nice garden with a swimming pool

Very odd Overpriced, but expected during august in this part of Italy Besides that it was a nice stay with a clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, nice breakfast and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive

The staff did go the extra mile to help us with our trips in the region, as we didn't have a car. We hired bikes from them and cycling in the Puglian countryside was really one of the highlights of our trip

My advice is remember that this is about staying somewhere really unusual. Yes, it is basic but it has been there for around 500 years so accept it for what it is - something special that you won't see anywhere else

Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough

It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure

The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out

I experienced the local traditional accommodation and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. There is a coffee maker and corresponding kitchen utensils, so I can cook some simple meals myself

We really enjoyed our experience. The trullo was perfect, we had lots of space, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. The breakfast was perfect. We highly recommand this place!

The whole experience was very good: a member of the team came to pick us up just outside the pedestrian part of town and took us to the parking lot which was super close to our Trullo room

Experience a hotel that is different from the traditional hotel model. Because breakfast is in a cafe restaurant, the bread and snacks are good, especially the various coffees

We took our car up to public parking closer to Trullo Sovrano to do most of that area, the came back down, parked the car at the hotel and then walked over to Rione Aia Piccola to see I Trulli, the Painted Houses etc

We were transported back a few hundred years for a moment and then we could take a refreshing shower. The overnight stay in Trullo was a surprise from my wife, how successful it was 😉 A small minus was the temperature

Dry leftovers of focaccia, scrambled eggs so hard that you had to cut them with a knife. Raw bacon, only slightly warmed up. One type of cold cuts and cheese. Someone probably doesn't know what a hotel breakfast is

The trulli was compact and comfortable. It is a little far from the center of Alberobello, but since I was enjoying the townscape as I walked, it didn't feel far at all. There is just one thing to be careful of

Even a croissant with coffee would have been less of a embarrassment. The gentlemen and lady at the reception were very nice and made. Overall impression 5 stars despite the awful breakfast 😂

Beautiful breakfast with items the make/grow from the farm. Fresh cheeses, yougart, eggs, baked items. Also enjoyed a dinner at the property, also with delicious wine and olive oil made on site

We ate dinner at the Masseria several times and the food was delicious, very wholesome. Breakfast was plentiful and you can sit outside to enjoy it (although the actual buffet is inside)

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, lots of animals (cats, turtles, sheep, bunnies, chickens) which was fun for my daughter

An incredibly comfortable stay right outside Alberobello. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is beautiful, there’s a pool and a jacuzzi, and even some cute turtles. Easy access by car and a big parking

The people there are very nice and friendly and the room was splendid. The whole place is very quiet and peaceful. There is a pool and a jacuzzi (we went in spring and be aware that the jacuzzi is not heated)

The breakfast is awesome fruits, bread croissant, eggs you name it. The hotel is 15min walk from alberobello center which is nice to go and get a drink. A place I recommend without hesitation

These were two adjacent trulli with a smaller and a larger area, each with its own bathroom and a closed parking area. Ideal for two families with children

The hospitality and helpfulness of Marino, our contact person for everything, who gave us the keys and gave us a really profound introduction to Alberobello with the help of a city map, also deserves special mention: what is worth visiting, where is the best place to eat, where there would be any shopping possibilities

Unforgettable the moment when my wife tore her favorite trousers in a fall in the city and we happened to meet our contact person Marino: the next day even the trousers were saved! Definitely recommended after only positive "vibes"; we will definitely be back!

to each have their own room with dedicated bathroom but at the same time to be able to share the rest of the day in the same rooms, the cleanliness and care of the premises was excellent

A rare and very convenient thing in a historic center. Nothing is left to chance an attention and kindness towards the guests, pampered even before arriving. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus 2 other bedrooms

The garden area is also fantastic: Here we sat again in the evening with my brother-in-law's family at the small seating area under an olive tree that was unobtrusively but romantically illuminated, to end the day

Beautiful and very cosy place to stay. Alberbello can be seen in a day or so. Staff is nice and helpful. The little garden behind the guesthouse is charming and perfect for sunbathing.

Recently we were guests at Trulli Guesthouse Alberobello. Even we made a mistake regarding our reservation the staff resolved the problem and they were very nice and understanding

Nice place to stay in Alberobello!! The location is great and it very quite. You can even buy a really good wine with good price just in front of the hotel.

The guest house is very closed to the railway station and to the Alberobello village - 10 -15 minutes walking

This trullo is super cute and looked nicer in real life than in the photos! It's looks and feels more authentic than other trulli I've seen listings for, so it was a good choice

Stayed from 26 to 28 December 2 adults and 2 children. Comfortable, very central, well-kept, equipped, clean, etc. Everything we hoped to find and more so much cordiality
