Lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. Two minute walk to main town.
Accessible to multiple towns in the area by car.
Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.
Lovely quiet and private pool area.

This hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, but its location is fantastic! Just a 5-minute walk from the city center makes it incredibly convenient for exploring.
The breakfast was a decent spread with a good variety of options.
However, the highlight of our stay was definitely Daron at the reception. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and provided us with some great tips for our visit.

We've been here from 28-30 July. From outside, the hotel looks great. Just from the outside.
At the reception I've meet a men and a woman. I have only good things to say about the woman, she was a sweetheart. I don't know her name.
So, the rooms. A mess... inside was dusty, there was hair everywhere. And I mean everywhere. On the bed, shower, sink, toilet, on the floor.
The AC could only be set ON and OFF from the reception. Please keep in mind that this is a 4 star hotel.
Honestly, this was among the worst hotels we have ever been to, no matter the number of stars. Very low quality service.
The breakfast is limited in options but you find a few good things to eat. Acceptable.
I would like to mention that we asked for an iron and we received, so this is also a good thing that we've meet (the woman helped us with this request).
Overall, I can't offer more than one star taking in consideration that this is a 4 star hotel.

Bad breakfast experience. When we arrived restaurant in morning, there was very less and not enough breakfast. After asking, they refused to refill. The excuse was he did many foods already, if the foods finished, it’s not his fault but the groups’. So I should be hungry cos of after a group?

Hotel is located 10 walking minutes from the Trulli Village. The rooms are huge, stylish and really new. The service was friendly and helpful even though I am not speaking Italian. Really good option for Alberobello.

Loved everything from the food, the swiming pool the conference hall.. A place where you have everything you need to combine pleisure with utility. Loved staying there.

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful hotel with a swimming pool. It is located two minutes walk from the famous and beautiful Trulli. The staff are all polite and very helpful. The cleanliness in this hotel including the swimming pool is the master. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Greetings with affection from all my family to the staff and in particular to the owner Mr. Cosmas. We will certainly return because it deserves. I recommend it to everybody.
