There are pros and cons, but definitely it’s overpriced for their service. The room is nice and fresh, and the bed is comfortable. But as soon as you go out of you room, you feel this “vintage and old” vibe in the whole building. The breakfast was very poor. The receptionist told us it would be until 10 and we went there at 9,30 but most of the food was over.
The pool is nice, there is plenty of space with sunbeds and a nice bar for snacks and drinks. But note that lots of families with children will probably be here as well.
The restaurant (a la carte menu) was the best part of this experience. The food here was amazing and the staff is very kind, thank you Rocco.
Finally, the price of 250€ for a triple room is a little bit overpriced considering the whole experience.

Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds were lovely with Trulli which you could stay in.

Stayed as part of a group - amongst many other groups. Large hotel - a bit 'in the middle of nowhere' so transport is essential in order to go anywhere. Having said that, the grounds are beautiful and extensive. There were actually three weddings on at the same time, whilst we were there - that's how large the place is. Great staff, nontheless - they have time for you. Our room was great. People in the Trullis felt a bit cut off - they liked the 'experience' but were envious of those of us in the main hotel. We were in a group of 24 and were served meals in a smaller dining room - other tour groups were in a large dining room which was often noisy and became a scramble at the self-service stations. Many sharp elbows were in evidence!

A rather tired looking hotel. Situated in a town where nearly everything is closed on a Sunday.
The breakfast was OK, but th evening meal was poor.
On arrival, before the meal l was offered a welcome drink. Just one inch of prosecco in a small glass. Cheers!

Food was nice, not alot of information in the room, fire escape notice was in the wardrobe. Grounds were lovely as was the pool

A hotel that ticks so many boxes if you are visiting the picturesque area of Puglia in Italy.
Good food, helpful staff and a quiet location in the countryside. Ideal location for visiting Alborbello, the coast and the beautiful hilltop villages .

Everything abouy the hotel was perfect.
The location is perfect. 20-40 min drive from the top turist attractions in Puglia. ( Alberobello 6 min, Monopoli 20 min, Zoosafari 20 min, Polignano al mare 25 min, Ostuni 40 min)
The staff is super friendly, and were never bothered by my noisy kids.
The pool is perfect to rest.
The restorant is top.

The location is far away from main destinations. Service is horrendous especially the spa. It is unsafe for guests. They do not apologize for mistakes they make. No variety in foods. They charge you for things you did not even buy. Extremely dirty rooms.
Note: they contacted my tour director about this review aggressively asking for me to take it down. I don't recommend this place to anyone ever.
