The hotel is well located, and is beautiful and clean. They still need to improve customer service that is something different to be friendly . The Receptionist staff was not welcoming or interested in offering you extra services like tours as they advertised on their website. The rooms don’t have a kettle so no tea or coffee available in the room. No iron available ? So my clothes were very crispy. Despite language barrier with some members of staff we found Izabela the bar mánager and his colleague very friendly and professional. Would be great for them to inform you about places of interest and organised tours. They have plenty of areas to put entertainment for families like ping pong tables, darts , table games etc. The breakfast was included but the food was very plaint no the Italian touch that we were expecting and they can offer more verity. The wellness area didn’t have me the feeling that I was expecting. The gym is very old they could have a proper gym that at the same time can help the spa.great area but still need to be improved. I hope my review help the business to improve as the hotel has a huge potential to be one of the best . Thank you

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really spacious with a balcony and mini fridge. the food in the restaurant is perfect and the waiters are really friendly. The bar has professional staff and this is really a very smart hotel, with beautiful grounds, swimming pool and spa plus Tuli houses to look at. I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time and would really recommend it

The hotel is a wonderful, spacious clean place. The rooms are lovely and the cleanliness cannot be faulted. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient. However, the bar was chaotic, and the service was slow and inconsistent. Often there would be a queue leading out of the bar area. On occasions, there was no one at the bar, and the reception staff and manager in the adjoining offices chose not to see people waiting to be served drinks in the hour before dinner. It is a shame that this detracts from an otherwise fantastic hotel. I hope that the management see this and get some bar staff that not only know what they are doing, but are efficient.

This hotel is catering for more guests than it can cope with. Breakfast is like a rugby scrum with long queue for coffee. The bath is extremely small and this hotel is very remote. Wine prices are horrendous

This is a mass tourism hotel with coach loads from all over the globe descending. The staff are very friendly and efficient, rooms large and quiet but bath/shower rooms dated. Pillows were like bags of cement and beds similarly hard. Kitchen is very good and the dining room for non group guests very comfortable with excellent staff. Breakfast is a scramble with hot dishes cooling quickly on the buffet. The remote location calls for a car unless on a coach tour. One night is plenty to see the Trulli houses .

In a beautiful country location, surrounded by olive groves within reach of hilltop towns and the coast. Takes some large tour groups but they are managed very separately. Also conference venue for national companies. No interference with holiday makers.

The hotel was dirty with a spider web next to my child bed. A lot of light in the ceiling were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working and the heater in the room too.
The staff was willing to change is to another room they were friendly and kind.

There are pros and cons, but definitely it’s overpriced for their service. The room is nice and fresh, and the bed is comfortable. But as soon as you go out of you room, you feel this “vintage and old” vibe in the whole building. The breakfast was very poor. The receptionist told us it would be until 10 and we went there at 9,30 but most of the food was over.
The pool is nice, there is plenty of space with sunbeds and a nice bar for snacks and drinks. But note that lots of families with children will probably be here as well.
The restaurant (a la carte menu) was the best part of this experience. The food here was amazing and the staff is very kind, thank you Rocco.
Finally, the price of 250€ for a triple room is a little bit overpriced considering the whole experience.
