Great historical hotel in the city center of Genoa. The location is perfect walking distance from all the most important tourist attractions in the city. The lobby is quite beautiful with an interesting spiral staircase. The rooms are fine, not the biggest but nice. The bathroom is good with a nice shower and great amenities. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast room was stunning with nice frescoes on the ceiling. The variety of items for breakfast is excellent. A lot of choices of savory and sweet are available. Service was fine, friendly but not the most efficient. Driving to the hotel is a bit tricky but the hotel has valet parking.

If I could give a higher rating for the service I would. The staff was absolutely impeccable; I was treated like royalty. Giada was so pleasant and hospitable.
The hotel is gorgeous. The bedding was luxurious and the location was optimal for all the shopping, sites, and foods that Genoa has to offer.

Beautiful property ideally located within walking distance to Piazza de Ferrari. So much to see and do. Hotel has amazing circular staircase and beautifully decorated restaurant. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Special recognition to Chiara who assisted me with luggage lost by airline and Andrea who assisted me in finding a doctor on the weekend. Enjoyed food in restaurant, bar and through room service.

We walked in and the front desk was helping someone, then they finished and we walked up and started checking in, after 2 min the phone rang and the person took the phone call and proceeded to talk on the phone for our entire check in, they didn’t talk to us, just gave us our keys and we left. We had no idea where our room was, what to do with our car but the person was giving full attention to the person on the phone. Terrible customer service.. the hotel was very nice, it had a gorgeous staircase and the rooms were large and a beautiful balcony but having the experience at check in really put a downer on the stay.

Beautiful Hotel Bristol Palace is located in the center of Genoa, walking distance to numerous historical buildings, churches, Old Harbor area, as well as restaurants and shops.
I was impressed by the exceptional professional hotel staff. Doorman Davide was first-rate and gave multiple suggestions on restaurants.
The rooms were stunning and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is just perfect, you are in the middle of everything, very near the metro station and the port. They were very welcoming, especially Chiara who was very kind. The bar was nice and gave excellent service and recommendations, I felt welcome and comfortable. The room very spacious and comfortable, great view. Folks were always eager to help and giving their best, I really appreciate that. Thank you.

What a wonderful place to stay. This hotel was outstanding and we loved our stay. The views were remarkable. The room was beautifully decorated with furnishings that made the room current and welcoming. Every detail was top notch.

Really enjoyed our stay the Hotel Bristol Palace. The staff was outstanding from the second we walked in. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and most importantly, clean. It was quite pricey, but thats what you have to pay if you want a nice hotel anywhere in Italy it seems.

My stay here during my vacation to Italy was incredible. It is one of the most beautiful and extraordinary hotels I've been. It was on my bucket list because of the famous staircase and Art Nouveau decor. So, when we bought opera tickets, it was a definite to stay overnight here.
The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The room and breakfast were spectacular! I've traveled quite a bit in Europe, and this hotel is top notch, definitely 5 stars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at the Bristol Palace Hotel in the heart of Genoa, and it was an exceptional experience. This elegant 5-star hotel is ideally located near major landmarks such as the Palazzo Ducale, Piazza de Ferrari, the Carlo Felice Theater, and the city's most important museums and palaces, including the famous Rolli.
Dining at Giotto's Restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and of excellent quality, offering a delightful culinary experience.
