The hotel is stunning, renovated from an old palace; it's straight out of a James Bond movie. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant is Michelin-starred, and the food and service are truly excellent. It's very popular, so reservations are generally required, and guests staying at the hotel are given priority. The hotel offers valet parking, which can be reserved by phone or email. The location is also great, right on the busiest commercial street, with Maxmara and various brand stores downstairs.

The hotel is in a good location, on the main street, but it does not have its own parking lot. It is not convenient to park at the gate. You need to park in the independent parking garage at the back, which costs about 10 euros a night. We stayed for a short time, but the room was very good and we slept well. I would like to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in Europe, with a full range of varieties. The breakfast room is also very beautiful, like a room in a movie. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. Overall, it is quite good, except that it is a bit expensive.

Great historical hotel in the city center of Genoa. The location is perfect walking distance from all the most important tourist attractions in the city. The lobby is quite beautiful with an interesting spiral staircase. The rooms are fine, not the biggest but nice. The bathroom is good with a nice shower and great amenities. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast room was stunning with nice frescoes on the ceiling. The variety of items for breakfast is excellent. A lot of choices of savory and sweet are available. Service was fine, friendly but not the most efficient. Driving to the hotel is a bit tricky but the hotel has valet parking.
