- 1) Very cold in the room in November, heating not working and it was almost zero outside. 2) Cleaning stuff opened my room several times when I was inside without even knocking! 3) lunch the last day was very dissapointing. They did not give me the menu and did not ask what I wanted, just brought me spaghetti and a dessert! And i needed a lot of proteins after marathon and definitely not sugars! And they took me 20 euro for this awful food that I didn’t ask!

Vintage but reasonably good shape classic hotel, very close to the train station and the waterfront, most rooms with a balcony and Lake view, could use some touchups here and there, but enjoyed the stay very much. Just across the street from the lake side walkway.

1. Awful Hotel. Very Bad experience. Room too warm with air conditioning turned off by employees and management boss. No air conditioning working Mini bar broken Window curtain black poor working. Chair broken. I felt down and hurt my shoulder. Listening during experience very sorry, “excuse” from employees and the manager my problems not solved. I stay here from time to time cause is obligation by my company . My trip is business. But if a have to stay with my family, the answer is never! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I didn’t stay here but sought the assistance of the front desk the other night when caught out by a storm. The receptionist was kind in getting a taxi sorted for us and providing a great welcome. Well done Atlantic.

My worst ever experience in Italy.Archi dirty !!!.Staff horrible !!!and the price .Please avoid this nightmare!!!go away if you want to relax and Enjoy Maggiore Lake!!!Breakfast just horrible as orange juices!!!😩😩😩

Wonderful views.
We returned here because we love the view from the balcony. There is a Carrefour and Lidl close by and a fridge in the room so we were able to have prosecco and snacks etc on the balcony. It is a great spot.
