What can I say the hotel is amazing staff are very good came on an imagine holiday group can not fault breakfast is amazing, had dinner can not fault on our last night had a awesome time with the saxophone player was so good, haven’t had so much fun in a long time. And to the amazing Zela who looked after us she is the best, she is such a asset to your group and would definitely stay here again without...
Had a lovely weekend at the Paradiso, staff were amazing, great room with stunning lake view, beautiful hotel and grounds, lots of choice at breakfast and good coffee! Little beach with lake access and sun beds and nice pool area. We cycled to Arona (15 mins), lots of restaurants on the lake front, old town, good atmosphere, individual boutiques. Cycled to Stresa too (30 mins) and took the boat to...
We had a wonderful week at Villa Paradiso. The property is stunning and very well maintained. Our spacious room overlooked the back, which made it quieter and very comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful, with towels readily available. The staff were outstanding – attentive, caring, and extremely responsive (thank you for helping with our restaurant reservations!). Breakfast was generous, with...
Elegant hotel on the lakeside. Wonderful views whether from the lakeside rooms or from the outside dining area. Rooms are stylish and well-equipped and there is a good sized pool to retreat to in hot weather, all set in delightful gardens. The hotel is in easy striking distance of Stresa and Isola Bella, as well as the picturesque Lago di Orta. But it's tempting to do none of these. The hotel is a...
Spent 3 nights here early May as part of Italian Lakes & Adriatic cruise package - originally scheduled for Baveno but rerouted here in Meina. Italian public holiday so very little open in Meina. Hotel has great view of Lake but on a hill on a very busy main road with uneven pavements & busy blind bend. 20 mins walk into Meina (small village).. Beach across busy road was uncared for. Good points: Staff...
Our stay at the Hotel Villa Paradiso exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect place to stay for our wedding guests. Our group of 18 just loved everything about it. The high points were: the stunning location, the well appointed bedrooms, swimming from the private lake beach and the delicious breakfasts. Also the young couples very much enjoyed having an impromptu dinner at the nearby Villa Paradiso...

It is quiet an old hotel, but it's clean. My room was next to a main road with a rubber road bump. Cars drove with speed over the bump which causes two loud bangs every time and that most of the night.
Old hotel. Very kind staff. Small single room. No air condition. Newly renovated bathroom (my colleagues bathroom was not newly renovated). Low water pressure in the shower. The room had a perfume pot - I put it on the balcony! Breakfast was ok. The view from the balcony was a backyard. Silent outside at night.
Great Location and very friendly staff ! Breakfast very nice and great quality ! The price of the hotel was good however the room was basic but I was very happy for the price I paid . Great shower and large bathroom on suite ! 8 mins walk to Arona station and moments to lake maggoire …
Never disappointed, especially with staff that greet you with a smile. I have loved and continue to do so as it is has become that cosy place called home. Greet location and very clean and well maintained.

Perfect location across from the lake. Lots of restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Breakfast was incredible. Loved my stay.
Very central place in the centre of every activity and right on the shore of the lake. Shopping, excursion boat stop beside to tour the all lake. Management helpfful, but some kind strict in attitude.
Best in Arona, but still below average It is hard to find a real good hotel in Arona, Giardino is a good compromise if You do not want to stay in Stresa. Parking might be a nightmare, hotel has no reserved parking spaces - and only a limited amount of "free parking" badges. Go for the "supreme" rooms with lake view, the other rooms are very very old and impossible to keep clean. They have not been...
Excellent location, friendly staff and amazing value for the stay.

this is a hotel which is family run, it has been home for me for the past few weeks and shall be for a week or so more. It has a family feel, you walk back in time as if you have entered someone's home. Indeed you have thier home. Enjoy this family run business with charm and history.

Vintage but reasonably good shape classic hotel, very close to the train station and the waterfront, most rooms with a balcony and Lake view, could use some touchups here and there, but enjoyed the stay very much. Just across the street from the lake side walkway.
Amazing hotel!! Roberta and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
Beautiful Location , steps from Train station, 30 second walk to Lake Front
Great location in front of the lake; cozy room; great food and bars around
Nice and very clean hotel în the middle of Arona. Ok, I agree they need some improvements, but they have many more advantages. All compliments to the staff.
I didn’t stay here but sought the assistance of the front desk the other night when caught out by a storm. The receptionist was kind in getting a taxi sorted for us and providing a great welcome. Well done Atlantic.

Hotel Concorde is a four star hotel in Arona,N.Italy. It's in a very quiet place. In front of it is lake Orta. From our 4th floor room we had a very breathtaking view of the lake all around. The hotel waiters were very nice. Those who had some food allergy were given suitable food.
It’s a beautiful place to stay, the hotel is old but it’s comfortable , the staff are friendly. Good location so relaxing
We’ve had a very nice and easy stay. Breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety of food. The room was very nice and the view of the lake from the balcony is charming.
Great location and views. In need of some modernisation but otherwise fine. Breakfast good if you like cake but not otherwise. But that is typical of Italy!
The restaurant is a wonderful (in-door) terrace facing the Lake and the Rocca. Big and super-tasty dishes... Definetively worthy!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Spagna. First of all the location of the hotel is perfect, you only need 2 minutes to be in the city and at the sea promenade. The rooms were very clean and everything you need were inside. Moreover, the staff was so friendly and helpful! The best thing is definitely the price, which is perfect for everything you get (even a nice, little breakfast is included!)...
Welcoming staff, amazing location, super comfortable rooms. Consider that you are right in the heart of Arona! The price/quality rate is awesome! Highly recommended.
cute hotel, nice comfy bed and clean bathroom, very noisy bell tower outside that rings all night, air conditioning does not work and the walls are very thin, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. friendly and welcoming staff. very good price for the area.very close to the train station which was nice.
Great budget hotel in the area. The structure could use some redecorating, but it is clean and inexpensive. I'll definitely stay there next time.

Great view, nice balconies. The pool is too small to swim but nice to sit if it's hot. Open library was great and breakfast very enjoyable. (Laundry was too expensive tough)
Situated on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, the Hotel Bel Sit’s lake view rooms and private terrace offer amazing views and a rare sense of stillness. The staff are attentive and eager to help (particular thanks to Giulia who gave us a perfect welcome) and the rooms are excellently equipped. A marvellous place to rest and recuperate. Thanks for having us and I’m sure we will come back!
Bellisima!!! What a lovely hotel. And such lovely and helpful staff. Absolutely recommend. Even the underground parking has a view out to the lake! Multo bene!
Very nice location with direct lake access, pool and SUP rental. Room was a bit small, otherwise great stay!

Beautiful establishment all on the ground floor, quiet and very well equipped. Large room and very clean bathroom. The only downside is the noisy VMC in the bathroom. Charming and attentive staff. Correct and good restaurant, impeccable service.
Practical for a step. Next to a large commercial area, modeled on motels in the USA, you can park in front of the room. The price of 70€ is competitive but our room was rather gloomy and dated even though everything was in good condition.
Excellent for couples but more than a hotel it is a typical motel to spend a few pleasant hours with your partner in complete privacy. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Located near the motorway exit but far from the lake.
Wellness weekend. Beautiful and comfortable structure. The rooms are clean and have all kinds of amenities, which serves the large and comfortable hydromassage tub. We had a small problem in the first room assigned, but then Marta promptly found us a valid solution. Very, very good!!!!! Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back
Very pleasant hotel, spacious room with jacuzzi... we really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The car is parked in front of the room which is very practical. Well located for visiting Lake Maggiore.
... but it has nothing in common with the motels we know from the motorway. So it's more of a hotel with a parking lot right in front of the hotel room. The facilities are top-notch - better than the 4-star hotel we had previously visited. Everything you need for a stopover (even 2-3 days to explore the lake). We stayed 3 nights in the hotel Milano, its quite charming. However not the most luxurious, the AC was a bit noisy and the bed a bit too soft, but for the price I think it's quite good. They have a lovely terrace, they do offer a great selection of wines and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Good for a weekend if you 're OK with the shortcomings The location of the hotel is excellent, it is literally on the lake. If you book a room with a small balcony you'll get an amazing view. The location is very beautiful, with its own terrace overlooking the lake. The menu is a bit confusing. There are some dishes with lake fish, various proposals with Norwegian salmon, meat and some first courses. We tasted an appetizer with crunchy onion rings and herring, really good. The first pleasant but nothing special. Good lake fish. Average prices.
Not the best choice for people that look for new and modern furniture but food, drinks and service is one of the best place I have ever been. The sight of the valley is breathless!

Fabulous shops including a wonderful breakfast cafe, The Palace, and a lovely family restaurant Ca'Mea, both a minute away on foot. A great base to unwind. Note, that this is a satellite building, with superb staff located at the Leon D'Oro Hotel in the main Plazza.
Great location, directly in the city centre but quiet. Comfortable and large rooms. Suggested for cyclists staying one or more nights in the region.
Located in the historic center, it has rather small rooms, although all in all functional. A little inconvenient to reach it because in the pedestrian area and being the cobbled streets it is difficult to tow suitcases. Very convenient for boarding the island from San Giulio.
A negative note concerns the method of contact, on the site there is the urban number of the structure which is not manned, in fact the check-in must be done at the Leon D'Oro hotel in Piazza Motta and then be accompanied here. It would be enough to make a call forwarding and everything would be simpler. The staff contacted on the phone and then met was very polite and friendly and important house...

Great spot for a hotel, probably the best for Lake Orta. Impeccable service, good room (after upgrade since the initial one was terrible). A few glitches: we never learnt to use the electrical switches in the room- too complicated. Only if you are in a junior suite you get a wardrobe and a kettle - standard rooms are a disaster.
It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation

Breakfast was good but as we didn’t speak Italian we were ignored, we assumed that when we asked for coffee we would also get croissants as other people had.

The journey from the airport to hotel was terrible, but the stay at the hotel was very good. At midnight, the hotel owner welcomed us and tells us the most important information. He invited us for a tasty breakfast and the service in the restaurant was nice. The room was very clean and you could relax. The hotel is located in a quiet location.
Very nice clean room, and central location 👌
The receptionist upon our arrival was very welcoming, as was the waitress at lunch and breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Beautiful dining room. Hearty meal. The same goes for breakfast. The only downside was the privacy of the guests in the rooms. The walls must not be thick. We could hear the shutters opening and closing in the neighboring rooms.
We stayed in the apartment next to the hotel. Spacious and modern rooms, in the bathroom and living room a knob was missing from the furniture. Bathroom with very spacious shower and washing machine. Kitchen with dishwasher and kettle. Breakfast: croissants are given per person directly from the kitchen and are really small. Variety of cakes (the chocolate one is sublime), jams and creams with bread...
Alessandra was so incredibly helpful and kind. Went out of her way to help us. 10/10 service from her that we will not forget!
Cozy place. Modern hotel including a restaurant that has a bit of an 80's feel to it. Very spacious, bright, clean rooms. Wi-Fi connection and technology from 9. Comfortable bed and almost non-existent noise level. Breakfast from 8. Reception and friendliness from 8. Very useful night service. Despite the streets not being very wide, you can always find a place nearby. To say very very well borders...

We had a great week in a clean new hotel, after general renovation in corona period. We enjoyed an amazing view to the lake from the window, a central , but quiet place, and wonderful breakfasts on the roof of the building. Thanks to the owners of hotel for a homely and fun feeling.
Best hotel in Stresa ! No doubts !! The room's view is stunning, everything is clean ,fresh and stylish but the most important is the feeling of being so welcome that you will receive from the owners of the hotel !! Daniela and Graziano are the best hosts I have met since ages !! Thank you again !!! Do not hesitate ! just book this hotel ;) Nicolas
We stayed at this lovely small family-run hotel for 4 nights, in 2 rooms, in August 2022. The hotel is great, recently renovated, and you could actually feel that everything was brand new. The hotel is centrally located, just by the lake and next to the old city. We had a great breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel, overlooking Lago Maggiore, which included fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, fresh...
Amazing hotel, BRAD NEW (it opened end of June 2022 after a full refurbishing and with new owners), stylish, amazing location (1mn from boat for the Borromée islands, 4mn walk to many restaurants and shops and 6mn walk to a really nice beach). But what makes this hotel stand apart are the owners and the staff who are the NICEST ! It feels like you are staying with family. They go out of their way to...
I was one of the first to stay in the Sempione after its remodeling, and it is wonderful. Everything brand new, elegant and comfortable. The view from the terrace is unbelievable, and the managers and staff are delightful -- with a real eye for detail. Would definitely go back... soon!
Nice hotel with stunning views! Good rooms, but need some refurbishment:)

Our stay at Hotel Saini was great 🙂 We came from Zurich for a weekend trip, and the owner made us feel super welcome. He gave us tons of great recommendations, and we had a really nice breakfast in the hotel. It's also right in the middle of a lively area with everything you could need from restaurants to groceries and pharmacies. Very quick walk to swimming spots on the beach (check Lov Beach Lounge...
Hotel is very well located with many good restaurants and ferry terminal within easy walking. Room is clean, well kept, and has all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Service staff of hotel is very helpful and efficient, and Mr Saini goes out of his way to recommend activities and places to go to, which is very much appreciated in a region where not all locals speak English. Would return to...
The attitude of the hotel owners was almost unbelievably good! They we trying hard to advice you where to go, what to see, what tours to buy etc. And their advices were not for profit, they never asked you to mention their names or something - they simply wanted you to enjoy their area.
Hotel is ok for the price. The owner is very friendly. No air conditioning and what we did not enjoy was that each time we went out, the owners came in the room (more than once a day). Otherwise very central to the nice places of Stresa.

Stresa, Via Cavour 33 🧭 Map
Stresa and Lake Maggiore are not to be missed. The Moderno makes a good base. I suggest you ask about the rooms before selecting, as the hotel encompasses several buildings and the rooms vary. The Hotel is a good value for the price, but it is ageing and somewhat dated. We like firm mattresses and our room had the firmest mattress ever!
Everything was fine, Well cleaned Good food and great serving Recommend
At centre location, a block from ferry terminal to islands. Many restaurants within a few blocks. Perfect for a short stay. Coffee is good. Bed is firm, excellent hot shower, water pressure good. Hotel has elevator.
Very nice room and meals to enjoy. Location good for shopping etc.
Best location in Old Town, near the lake, in the centre, middle of everything, between shops
The rooms were nice and clean, staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location, but I was expecting an Italian hotel to serve Italian food, which for the most part they have not.

Lovely hotel. In a beautiful location with wonderful views. Very clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating to vegetarian dining. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.
I have just returned from a Blake's tour to lake Maggiore.we stayed at this hotel . I could not fault it .The staff were brilliant the meals were great, and the rooms were good(the only reason I gave 4stars was we had no view. It is situated on the lake near the ferry and tourist boats
This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay there!
I stay in this Hotel every time I go to Stresa. Every 2 - 3yrs. Been going for well over 20yrs. Superb Hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Food is superb (5star) staff/service 5 star. Can’t fault it. I’ll certainly be back soon
We had dinner for 2 in this lovely Hotel. The service, food & drink was excellent. We had a table looking over the Lake. Highly recommend
Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts. There is a great lakeside promenade which is smooth and flat. Handy for touring the region on either local boats, busses, and trains ( train station is a 10min walk) Food...

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows. Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music...
This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️ This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury. From the moment we got off the train, and entered the hotel we knew we had finally arrived to our sanctuary. From hospitable locals, classic cocktails, boat tours and cozy scenic...
On arrival there was a guest complaining about the housekeeping service. We were initially concerned that we had chosen the wrong hotel. Absolutely not - it was fantastic. Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm. We didn’t eat...
Amazing hotel in Stresa on shore of Lake Maggiore. Just cross the road and you are at the lakeside. The hotel is magnificent inside with stained and painted glass covers to the entrance, chandeliers in the lobby are amazing and smaller versions are in the bedrooms. The hotel is a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5. It is exceptional in many ways. There are few luxury hotels like it and with a great location.
I can't give full score since I had one of the small single rooms towards the back. My company was at the front with balcony and lake view and said they were in heaven. Everywhere is beautifully maintained and comfortable though. The reception is very welcoming and friendly. Wifi is good.
