We are dinner both nights in the restaurant, really lovely food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a quick stay over. I'll definitely return.
I would not recommend this hotel for a pleasant holiday experience. The photos displayed online appear to be outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. In my opinion, the hotel offers very basic accommodations and falls short of expectations — I would rate it one star.
Upon arrival, I requested a refund in order to move to another hotel for the night, but unfortunately, this was not granted. The overall standard of the hotel was disappointing, with facilities that felt outdated and poorly maintained.
If you're considering booking here, I advise caution. This review reflects my honest experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. After reading some positive comments suggesting that earlier criticisms were exaggerated, I decided to give it a chance — and unfortunately, it was a poor decision.
During my week-long stay in two rooms, I encountered some of the worst service I’ve experienced in any hotel. The staff were often unhelpful and impolite, the food was below expectations, and the facilities were far from clean. Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
In short, this hotel did not meet even basic standards of hospitality or comfort. I would strongly recommend considering other options in Milan

You have to think twice, for you alone traveling or with the family. I made the wrong choose to go there with my family for 2 days stay!
Price was looking good, according to the photos we saw on Booking.com., but once we were already there…. We were amazed ….
At the hotel door and elevators were a few letters, on which was written that the hotel is in “rebuilding status”… okay, we are going to first floor…. No lights were working on the corridor… slowly no the dark, we found our room, and surprise 😮, all dust, mod in the bathroom, smells like a place where people hat for 5 minutes really bad “s*x”, window was broken, the sheets on the two beds weren’t change maybe since 2024 November. All dirty, floor … Catastrophic!!!
We went immediately out, check out, and won’t come again! They don’t want to bring us the money back, and the Booking.com as well, not correctly they don’t take responsibilities about this hotel.
It’s not 4 stars hotel, it’s -4 * Hotel, only for OMVPs and people with really low standards.
There weren’t enough towels in the room.
You have to pay for the water.
The hotel is very far from the city center.
There is only one key per room.
Also, there is no coffee in the rooms.
When we asked for more towels and water, the receptionist’s reaction was unfriendly and uncooperative.
