I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
You have to think twice, for you alone traveling or with the family. I made the wrong choose to go there with my family for 2 days stay!
Price was looking good, according to the photos we saw on Booking.com., but once we were already there…. We were amazed ….
At the hotel door and elevators were a few letters, on which was written that the hotel is in “rebuilding status”… okay, we are going to first floor…. No lights were working on the corridor… slowly no the dark, we found our room, and surprise 😮, all dust, mod in the bathroom, smells like a place where people hat for 5 minutes really bad “s*x”, window was broken, the sheets on the two beds weren’t change maybe since 2024 November. All dirty, floor … Catastrophic!!!
We went immediately out, check out, and won’t come again! They don’t want to bring us the money back, and the Booking.com as well, not correctly they don’t take responsibilities about this hotel.
It’s not 4 stars hotel, it’s -4 * Hotel, only for OMVPs and people with really low standards.
There weren’t enough towels in the room.
You have to pay for the water.
The hotel is very far from the city center.
There is only one key per room.
Also, there is no coffee in the rooms.
When we asked for more towels and water, the receptionist’s reaction was unfriendly and uncooperative.
STAFF INSULTED MY DISABLED FATHER
This hotel was awful and I can only advise people not to stay here.
Reception staff on arrival looked really unhappy at work.
At night Parking attendant said I could park my car in a certain place, in the morning the new parking attendant demanded 5euros extra for parking there. Despite having paid 15euro to park. He said parking space was for disabled people to which I explained my father had an assistance dog he mocked my father and said if he was able to park there than that must make him a doctor laughing. This is unacceptable when I took this matter to reception, guy on reception told me there was no management to speak to and he was really aggressive with me and just wouldn’t listen and continued to over me. Now parking guy turned up and asked for 8 euro.
Upon this I felt like I was speaking to a brick wall and left.
Also sheets were dirty stained and generally unclean hotel
I can only advise people save your money and go somewhere else.
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND PARKING ATTENDANT SHOULD BE REPORTED TO POLICE
We left the next morning and booked a hotel in the city center. I tried to message the hotel via Booking.com to let them know we weren’t coming back, but there wasn’t even an option to contact them.
I’m not saying it wasn’t clean — it was okay in that regard - but the room looked nothing like the pictures, and we had only one towel for two people.
If you’re traveling by car, it might work for you. But for tourists relying on public transport or visiting for events, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had through Booking. It might be okay if you’re a group of guys, but it’s definitely not suitable for couples and families — and especially not safe for solo travelers or two women.
