Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness Center in Atrani

The hotel is wonderful, the location is excellent. But the service is a complete disaster. Today, when I left, they simply did not allow me to sit on the sofa at the reception. I am not even mentioning that they stole my charger.

We loved our stay. Staff was very friendly. We particularly impressed by Carlos, who helped us with our luggage. Would highly recommend this hotel

It’s perfect and a nice place for a hidden gem of a town. And Carlos was so helpful with our luggage. Apart from the 70 steps you have to climb haha, everything was great.

Enjoyed our stay here! Had a great view of Atroni and the ocean. The room was great and spacious and loved the jet tub after long days of walking and exploring! Carlo was great and helped carry our luggage up and down the steps which was much appreciated!

We spent 6 nights on our honeymoon here, and I recommend it for couples doing the same. The location is great! Yes, there are some stairs to get there, not many, just enough to space you from the buzz of the beach and climb you into a beautiful view of the city. We had a wonderful view of the city and ocean from our 'superior' room, each room seemed to be named after a pop icon , ours was"Liza Minnelli". The ocean could be viewed from the comfort of the bed and jacuzzi! Comfy bed, AC in the room with lovely flowing curtains and electronic retractable sun blinds for those days when you hit the snooze. Staff here is so amazing and helpful - Roberta was so amazing and helpful! She and other staff have excellent multi language communication skills and go above and beyond, lending beach towels ect. Staff helped arrange private transportation to and from the airport, which I highly advise asking the front desk for any and all suggestions as they are in touch with reliable businesses of all kind in the area. Rooms and common areas are clean, and the hotel is beautiful yet fits perfectly into the little city. There's a stair walk to Almafi just outside the hotel, ten minute walk. We loved our time here, everything was perfect. Attached photos from our rooms balcony.

The view was breathtaking! The room was very clean, elegant, and well stocked! We loved our stay in Atrani as it was almost no crowds! The bells rang all night, so bring earplugs! The staff was very helpful. Our plane was late, and we missed our ferry. The staff helped arrange a fixed rate taxi. Carlos was very kind and attentive! We enjoyed our conversations with Roberta while at breakfast, she was kind and very helpful! We would stay here without a second thought again!

Beautiful hotel and views. The breakfast was by far the best we’ve had so far in Italy. I would recommend staying in atrani over Amalfi. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

For us the location was perfect. With just minutes away from the tunnel to amalfi, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff - especially CARLO and ANTONIO were beyond helpful with our luggage meeting us at ground level where Gianluca also met us to park our car. The steps to the reception are a workout but worth every step for the beauty it holds!
