The location central to many dinner options. Also location close to walk along the sea and see the main sights of Bari. The street we were staying on was very clean and the main plaza near our street very clean also! Vincenzo took us to Matera for the day which was a great help to us.

The hotel is in a great location and the hosts were fantastic. They came to find us when we got lost, arranged a taxi to the airport and checked the fare with the driver. The breakfast was really good.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's in a fantastic location in the old town and Francesco was such a good host and looked after us extremely well. The room was a little bit basic but we had everything we needed. The were quite a few stairs up to the room, which didn't bother us but might need to be considered. We had a lovely stay here. Room was comfortable and the host was very kind. We also had a great breakfast provided each morning on the terrace. Fantastic location- would definitely recommend.

Very helpful hosts Really Nice and friendly host, charming authentic room in the old city. A bit difficult to find, However a good nametag when we found the right door a few metres away. And the host was also looking for us. Also very helpful with transport to the airport (taxi, 28 €) for a very early flight.

Though the check-in process was overwhelming at the beginning, everything worked out very well. The number l was told to call was answered quickly by a very helpful person who stayed on the line while I was navigating my way thru access codes. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and service was great.

Central room in Bari Great location. Super friendly breakfast service. Free coffee (nice coffee) and water. I would sugest to upgrade the room with a bottle/wine opener and a few glasses. Highly recommend, sleeps 2 adults snd 2 kids easily.

Really nice room, convenient location close to the historic center as well as the main shopping street in Bari. The room itself was nice and clean, there was a coffee machine and a water kettle for tea. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options to choose from, and great service. I would definitely come back!

The room was large, clean and had everything I needed, a little balcony to listen to the city. Not even a 10 minute walk from the train station and walkable to downtown/port. The breakfast area being in the building across the street was a little strange, and the entryway is more like going into an apartment building than a B&B with a virtual check-in, with that said the staff I did communicate with...

The rooms are nice and private and all with private bathroom. There is a large kitchen shared with the other guests and an outdoor patio with a large lemon tree and an apricot tree. With table and seats. The owners are kind and very discreet. The location is a little off center from the center but with a nice walk you can reach it quickly.

I would say satisfactory in its simplicity. It is a bit outside the historic center of Bari, but close to the bus stop (no. 27). The rooms are spacious, the bathroom enjoys the necessary, there is both a fan and air conditioning in the room. The structure includes 4 double rooms, adjacent to which, a complete kitchen. The value for money is excellent.

We would definitely recommend this small hotel, tucked away in the old town of Bari. The room was tastefully decorated, spotless and comfortable. Sara and her staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring.

This property is in an ideal location right next to the San Nicola Basilica and in the heart of the old town. The room were in was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had amazing sleeps due to the comfort of the bed. There was a large bathroom with an excellent shower and basic cooking facilities; not that we cooked anything due to all the amazing food outlets outside. We had a small balcony but upstairs...

Very characterful property in the old town. We had the ground floor economy room, which was fairly small but was quiet and cool with the shutters. Excellent value for money and friendly staff.

The area was right down the road from shopping and about a 10 minute walk to old town Bari. There really wasn’t interaction with staff because it was a B & B style. The door knobs to get in were loose and harder to get into having to turn them so much. There were ants in our room and bathroom and the shower was a little small. The balcony was huge with a decent view of the area.

Staff was great and did a wonderful job cleaning up the place for a comfortable stay!

Angela, the wonderful women who helped on June 9th was indeed an angel. I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and close to the station. A few things to be aware of: - there is no reception and you will need an internet connection to check-in and open the doors each time - the address is correct but the room is not where the pin is on Google maps - the air-con is too small and/or not working properly; it doesn’t cool the room much at all

The room is spacious and very clean. If you tell them your check-in time, the staff will be waiting for you (not self-check-in), which is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk from Bari Central Station, but if you arrive by train from the airport, get off at Quintino Sella, the station before, and it's very close.

I recently stayed at Domus Nikolai and had a pleasant experience overall. Sara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The was very good. But there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable, since it is a very old building Also it is 20 minutes walking from the main station.

Staff was pleasant. Small communal area outside of rooms where they had coffee, microwave, fridge that was stocked with free breakfast items. Pretty awesome place. Our room was a bit annoying with a desk that was in front of the balcony doors that made it a bit cramped. Nice view of the train passing by from the balcony. Fairly quiet place. It is a super nice, fully renovated, modern apartment! Everything was clean, gorgeous moder bathroom, and nice room with the kitchen. The ventilation and air conditioner was great, the temperature was excellent inside. We had the apartment to ourselves, noone disturbed us. It was super cozy and comfortable! The street was quiet, it was close to an amazing Pizza place and bakery, and also Penny was...

Entry through an electric gate not very nice to look at but the room and the bathroom really beautiful and welcoming with small details of the owner that make the difference .. Perfect for those who want to visit not only the city center but also the surroundings, the bus stop is a stone's throw from the hotel and it is easy to reach the station and the center. I recommend to everyone!

the location is amazing and the staff is friendly. Daniela is very helpful and eaaily to reach on whatsapp, thats amazinh! . It is a modernised old traditional building that is clean and feels right. However, the airconditioning barely works (blows hot air) which we have had in 2 rooms. also in room 1 the shower floor is broken which looks really bad and feels veey unhygenic, thats not what you expect...

The rooms are on the second and third floors (accessible via an elevator) and are somewhere between a guesthouse and a holiday apartment: large rooms but a central refrigerator in the common hallway. Internet rather weak and fluctuating. Room service was very talkative but then hardly cleaned the room. Location is good, so you can walk to the main train station and the old town and there are many shops...

Nice staff and convenient location. we also allow left a luggage few nights to avoid taking suitcase for bus travelling that was so helpful for us. 2nd time check in at upper floor but also very good room. and we also having nice breakfast. good for short staying if visit Bari and near around.

It’s an apartment with 3 bedrooms. The style is very nice, the living room is quite great, you can get the tea/coffee there. The room has everything you would need. Having a balcony is also a good plus. But there is a huge minus which is 0 noise cancellation. Like none noise cancellation between the rooms at all, as well as between the room an outside with the door closed.

We were disappointed that there was no hot water when we showered at midnight after a late flight. Also, there were no hallway light on when coming up 6 flights of stairs. The place wasn’t bad and reasonably priced, but it is a room and bed, nothing really more. The water is loud when it refills whether you flush or just pour a glass of water.

Very noisy during night, room clean and bathroom. Connection by what up writing only. Proposition for parking 19m minutes from hotel walking. Old part of city beautiful. Nobody to talk only text messigaes.

Bari days The location is good; it is close to both train station and old city and center. At the beginning, it is hard for me to get connect someone to enter the room, but lately İ found that the office is a little far away apartman, except that, everything was nice

Tough to find but very nice We arrived after 6:00 PM on a Saturday, so parking down the street was convenient and free. It was just a short walk from there, but the hotel itself was a little difficult to find because the sign on the building is tiny. The room was beautiful--clean and super comfortable. There isn't much directly by the hotel, but a couple of blocks away is a very nice area with shops...

We had some misinformation with Vikey but once I found the phone number, they let us in a d got us to the room. Was quiet. And clean and we appreciated the mini fridge with water and drink.

A/C is absolutely weak for summer.

Beautiful location down a quiet street, close to the ocean, 5 minute walk to a beautiful waterfront area full of restaurants and bars. Easily walkable from Bari S. Spirito train station, well placed for bus services, close to the airport. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious and your host Nicolo is most helpful.

I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a very comfortable B&B with a very helpful host. My only criticism would be, it was not really close enough to Bari or the airport. It still cost €25 by taxi to the airport. Also it was quite far from the station to pull a big suitcase. Perfect if you have a car but not if you are catching public transport.

The B&B was very quiet and well maintained, it was located on a one way street which we appreciated for safety. The host was especially helpful to us and we sincerely appreciate his kindness and courtesy.

Nicolo is a very excellent gentleman who truly likes people and gives his personal attention. The property is beautiful and immaculate and has immediate parking which I found essential. Highest possible commendations!
