We visited the SPA, and paid 360 euros for the experience (with a massage for 3 pax). The staff were very friendly; however, we needed to call them to get the jacuzzi working. No shampoo or conditioner is available, so please bring your own products.

I must say the communications via email by this hotel were amazing. You felt you were a valued guest and they answered all queries and stayed behind to receive us just after 22.00. Breakfast was amazing and the room facilities were outstanding. They were so helpful .

The hotel staff were fantastic our rooms very comfortable. The breakfast the best. Made our trip wonderful. Could ask for more. The area at first a little scary but not when we start out. Very easy to get to see all of Bari. There are restaurants right next door that are great.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and spotless! The breakfast was great, especially for Italy! We've been here for five days as a basketball team, at first sight from outside it doesnt seems much, but inside rooms are something else. Everything is new, the room is perfect with really good beds, nice details in a room, and a shower you wish you dont whant to go out. Neighborhood is quiet, and staff at the hotel are very nice and helpfull. All in all, def recommendation!

We had a 2-floor room, the bed was up a very steep, winding staircase. While ok for us, this would not work for some travelers. There are restaurants/bars right outside our room on Roberto da Bari, and it was very loud at night. Overall, a satisfactory stay, but didn't compare to other rooms we stayed in throughout Italy. There is no breakfast nor any coffee offered with the room.

Excellent location. Walkable to the train, old town and historic sites. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Added bonus was a lift as we were on 4th floor.

It was my first time in Bari. We stayed at a hotel for three nights. It's a small city hotel, a 5-minute walk from the train station, located in the old town. All the sights are within a 15-minute walk. The room was small, but it was sufficient for us since we were only staying overnight. We really liked the hotel and the city itself.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the old town, the port, pedestrian streets, 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the railway and bus station. The rooms are simple, but clean and tidy. There is a sign, it will not be difficult to find. There is an elevator. The staff is friendly.

This place is clean and basic, nice large room with aircon. Bathroom is shared between two rooms. If staying longer, there is a beautiful garden to sit and enjoy food and drink. Quite a few restaurants in the direct vicinity and the sea. Ideal as first/last stop from airport. Lively local hang out around the corner, but place itself is very quiet.

Convenient for the airport, quiet location, not far from (smelly) beach. Shared bathroom and noisy doors are the only real cons. For breakfast you get a voucher for the bar round the corner which does good coffee and cornetto.

Visa residence is a great place to stay inside! We had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and all the necessary stuff for a short stay. Staff are nice and friendly also responsive. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit stupid that there was no socket on the sofa bed and the shower. The shower is a nice size and clean, but so little water comes out of the shower head that you need 2 minutes longer, ladies certainly even more. But otherwise really pleasant.

This is a very small private B&B. Pros: very hospitable host, two-level room (a bedroom upstairs, a kitchen downstairs, a seating area, a shower and a toilet. Not far from the metro station. 1 stop to the station. Cons: the owner had to wait a long time, there is no reception.

The staff is lovely. The room is very clean even though the furniture and the structure is very basic. Also the toilet, even if shared, was kept quite clean. Central enough offered also a breakfast that was alright.

A lovely little family-run B&B in the heart of Bari's old town. I arrived earlier than stated but they were very accommodating.
