Close to town, clean, and very helpful staff!

Dejligt hotel med rigtig god service.

Good spot for a night in a pinch, outside the city, but near the airport, therefore convenient for overnight layovers.

Local hotel located just 5 km from the Bari airport. It serves and decent breakfast and to my delight offered gluten free bread (toast) and biscotte seche. There’s a great little restaurant just beside it. The rooms are large and spacious with a little balcony. The ocean is only a few blocks away. I would recommend this place if you have a flight the next day or just landed

Great location for the airport. Staff spoke a little English, and were very helpful and friendly. Our bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the shower head needs replacing. Very quaint. Easy uber to city centre and the airport.

The hotel has excellent quality/price ratio. Very clean and tidy. The team is very kind and helpful. Rooms are very fine for a 3 star hotel. The bathroom is also clean and has the basics. The location is excellent - very easy to access. Walls are not thin so you can enjoy silence and privacy. Breakfast also included.

Friendly staffs and walking distance to both train station and old town . They even provide disposable sleepers in the room, which is great. Wifi is very fast. Clean and spacious room and bathroom .

I stayed at the Hotel Cristal in February 2017. I enjoyed the location. It's an easy 10 minute walk to downtown or the old town. The railway station is a short walk away and around the corner is a fantastic pizzeria. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre but the cappuccinos and espressos were great. I usually had a couple before setting out. The rooms itself were OK...

Hotel is accessible and near many food and shopping areas. A reasonable walk to the Old Town historical centre and St Nicola Basilica. The hotel offers a breakfast till 9:30. The facility is very clean and staff are very helpful. 28 Euro taxi to airport

We stayed at this lovely gem of a hotel for our last night in Puglia. Our only regret was not staying here longer and using this as a base instead of the 3 previous nights in Monopoli, which we found to be overpriced for accommodation and restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming and we were able to check in early. The hotel is spotless, and displays it's elegant history especially in the lobby...

This is an excellent 3* hotel. The room was spacious, included a kitchenette, extra charge for utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with somewhere to put your shampoo etc. This feature seems to be missing in a lot of hotels. A safe and plenty of storage space. I have been here before and saw than it was used by Trenitalia staff who night stop in Bari. That has to be a recommendation.

As the name suggest, Moderate hotel at good price. Housekeeping staff are good and co-operative.

Clean big rooms with a smal cooking facility. Good for the money. Ok light breakfast, nice people.

A nice hotel close to the train station.

WiFi was good, location was really good the breakfast was good. However the floor was so bad in our room that after our showered our feet were black underneath from walking on the floor.

Needed to find an accommodation after some issue with our airbnb place. In Auditorium they had no problem to check us in during the night as we left from airbnb flat. Very nice stuff, lovely rooms with excellent cleanness! Breakfast was included, very tasty. Just the location is a bit far from citz centre, but if you want to visit other towns by bus or train, it can be also an advantage.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean, strategic location

The hotel is good and the staff is gentle. The only problem is the soundproofing... you can hear everything (doors, toilet, conversations) from other rooms and the corridor.

The hotel is close to city center, walking distance from the old city. Provides good breakfast. The hotel has an elevator. On the hotel site, in the hotel amenities the parking is listed to be 100 m away, which implied that the hotel has parking. The hotel does not have a parking. We parked in a parking garage for 30 euro a day. We stayed for one night. At 8 am a housekeeper nocked and opened our door...

Amazing hotel near the city center (around 5 minutes to walk). Everything was clean and my room for Italy quite big. The breakfast was also good with meanly sweet things but also a few salty things to choose from.

The hotel is situated in the centre and you can reach the old city, most attractions, the restaurants, shops and also the seaside (lungomare) on foot. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with 9 friends. The location is reasonably convenient though a bit far from the railway station. Great location just inside the wall of the old city. The restaurant food was fabulous. Besides breakfast with as many cappuccinos as you want as well as pastries, we also had dinner in their restaurant. Outstanding entrees and desserts!! We had a room with a loft where a comfy bed. However the stairs up were quite steep and their were no spindles below the railing making it tricky coming down them...

The hotel was in a great location just on the outskirts of the old city. This made it really easy to walk around and when we had a car we just pulled in just down the street to load luggage. Don't have any high expectations. You basically pay the price for a convenient location. The staff was nice. The room and bathroom was shabby but clean. Also slightly noisy and hot inside.

I've read a lot of reviews of this hotel and in my opinion most of them are too negative. It's true that the place needs some redecoration. Paint is peeling in places, there are damp patches on the wall above the shower, the doors are scratched. It wasn't dirty. I quite liked the apartment! It is modern, well-designed and has a proper balcony with a view. The room is super spacious and you can endlessly relax there. It is near the main railway station and basically in the center, and you can get on foot easily and everywhere! I personally recommend breakfast at the balcony in the early morning:) All recommendations!
