Very convenient location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff (including the dog) it's a short walk to town. If you're driving, it's a short drive (turn right out of the parking lot) look for parking spaces marked in white (free) or blue (pay). If you don't find any, you will have to loop your way back to the property.
Our room (8) faced the street and there was a little traffic noise until around 11pm and a dog (not the owner's dog) who barked at the cars.

It's a great place for our trip but it's a wee walk from centre of Bellagio. The rooms are small and the a/c wasn't that responsive. But there's a good buffet breakfast, nice dog in the foyer, and if a short walk doesn't bother you it's a good location. Great restaurant round the corner. There were some noisy vehicles on the street. There's an outdoor sitting area with seats tables and umbrellas so we had a party one night.

We booked two rooms with breakfast for a family of four. They provided the connected rooms which made our stay very pleasant. It's a well maintained, beautiful property with decent size of rooms.
The property is bit far (1.5km) from the ferry station, but for adults, it is walkable distance if you don't have many luggage. Also, limited options in the complementary breakfast, but you can order and pay extra.
The front desk staff was very cooperative. They provided luggage storage without any cost.

A really interesting last minute booking which turned out to be so charming !
As others have indicated, the owners and staff are so kind and friendly
Room was located on the ground floor , but yielded a great view (see pic)
Breakfast for me was the perfect mix of eggs / cheeses and fruits
Double espressos were great !

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the parking was available on site. The breakfast was a bit too less for me, it had a lot of variety of pastry but not as many vegetables as I would have liked. Also, our room was situated near the Main Street so it was a bit loud in the morning. Other than that, great value for price! At a walking distance from the city centre.

Far from center of bellagio, rude staff, non english speaking. Average breakfast, no air conditioning in room. Noisy, next to car mechanics garage and gaz station.

Noisy, even with quiet neighbours. (Traffic as expected, so no complaints there) Internet not reliable enough to work well with. Still a good clean hotel. Good standard breakfast with great coffee!!

Beautiful hotel, set in a great location, with stunning views everywhere you look, run by wonderful people and the most welcoming dog!
