There's a club attached and it will keep you awake until 3am Thursday-Sunday.
Completely deplorable to not mention this to guests prior to reserving.
The windows don't open, and I had a ton of mosquitoes in the room as well as silver fish- its extremely humid.
Rooms are nice but extremely small and the doors basically open onto your bed.
The staircase (I don't use elevators) are completely littered with huge dead moths.
Asked to change the temp of my room and despite there being a thermostat, its basically for show as you can't change anything.
Overall okay rooms but the other issues make it really not recommendable.
I have stayed in establishments all over the world much more well equipped and serviceable than this place.

Perfect location between Milan centre and the more rural part of of Milan. Staff were friendly, fresh towels and bed made everyday. Amazing View from the room too!

Clean and the staff were nice. Also the rooms were exactly what you need for a short stay. The breakfast was fine for 9 euro per person. I was surprised about the price to be honest. It was tasty😊

Nice hotel well Connected to the city. Near the Chinatown which is amazing (and not dangerous).
Room was nice and clean.
Breakfast was okay but out of the three we ate, only one had a proper buffet with choice and variety. Otherwise it was not enough for the people who were there.

The hotel is great, good place, parking safe, the people who welcome you is nice.
But
Room 501 was a nightmare for me at night.
Crying child, door bang, elevator noise, we can see light under the door... Insulation has left the room but the best was the nightclub music Thursday and friday.(right under the windows)
First and last time here.
The worker here are really good people and honest that's why I don't put a 0 review

The room and the service was nice. Sound-insulated effect is the only fault during the time I stayed there. I like the idea that we don't have to bring keys or cards when we leave the room. Instead, just remember the numbers(passwords) to enter the room when we return. You can pay 7.2 euros to enjoy the breakfast there(but not strongly recommended).

In general it's a good 3* hotel, with good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. About our room, we like the design, good bed, but not enough things. The only one socket and far from the bed which is very uncomfortable. No minibar, no cattle, no tissues... easier to say what we had in the room, is: a bed, safe, table with a chair and TV (we didn't use). The bathroom was OK, but in the sink we had some water stuck:(

Location is fine but our room needed better cleaning. The floors were very dirty and the shower had loose hair when we checked in. The staff are very attentive and friendly, prices are fine which make this hotel a good value. Parking is cheap.

Best value for money hotel to visit Milan. Rooms are clean and with good mattresses. I didn't try the breakfast but it was less than 8eur per person and looked good. The only think to improve is either to procure silent vacuum cleaners or not to start at 7h30 in the morning..many thanks!

Very well managed and good price. located near metro station cenisio. China town is near you can enjoy good authentic Chinese food. in 15 min max you can reach city center or can take a walk. Room was clean and good for a couple. AC worked fine but it is controlled centrally. Toilets were clean. All you can eat breakfast for 7.4 euros everyday from 7am to 10am which is I think excellent contains variety of eatables.
