Beaware! I booked a two night stay and paid Eur200 at this hotel before the first Covid outbreak during which the hotel closed down. I received an email in writing from the hotel assuring me that I can come to the hotel whenever I wanted and issued a voucher for me. Since then the hotel denies my request to return my money or allow me to use my voucher. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Super hotel. Staff were extraordinary. The Manager was very welcoming and also very helpful. Bfast was great also. Highly recommended.

Appreciated kind staff, good plumbing, quiet, clean, comfortable bed,1 mile walk to central train station, great breakfast, kettle, room phones.
Concerns would be small shower stall leaking on to floor, lack of counter space for bathroom items, mini-cooler full of for sale items, room temperature, weak wifi so not suitable for remote work. With my 1st stay, they made several attempts to get me to take a smaller room than the one I'd paid for. I finally got the size I'd booked.

Very nice hotel, with an abundant breakfast. Very clean and comfortable roos. Bathroom well equipped . Quiet during night and day. Loredana from the reception desk was very supportive in giving us hints about places to visit and to get meals. We recommend this hotel fully.

Hotel Teco has been our best stay in Europe yet. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff is very friendly and super helpful with any of your needs, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The best coffee in Milan. Big thanks to Loredana for being so helpful and kind.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was beautiful with plates constantly being replenished.
Rooms were comfortable and clean.
I would stay there again next time I visit Milan.

I recently stayed at Teco Hotel and had a thoroughly satisfying experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. This place is lovely. Great details of decor, good carpets, and well sound isolated.

This hotel staff was racist . For my first time in Italy i thought this would have a been a great experience seeing as it’s in the core of Milan and close to everything . They proceeded to ask me to register my guest the first night , who was ( black male ) which I thought was was strange . But I complied anyway. Fast forward to my second day of check out , when they forced me to pay an Italian tax for someone that didn’t even stay in my room . I would never stay at this hotel again , nor any of its sisters . Terrible experience , terrible employees.

I'm really confused about reviews on Google. They seem to linger between 4 and 5 stars for literally everything. Case in point, this hotel. What, to you, are the signs of a cheap hotel? Keycard-activated electricity? Check. A cramped, tacky lobby staffed by bored, unhelpful front desk people? Check. Dingy and worn out bedding? Check.
The location is great. Everything else is really pretty awful. I don't understand how this gets to 4 stars.
