The hotel does not care for customers satisfaction and will take advantage of every option to rip you off! I wanted to change the date of my reservation and despite having several free rooms offered online they declined numerous requests or did not even respond and charged me full price for cancellation or not showing up. The only option they offered was to make another reservation and get 20% on a dinner. In other words, they wanted to double charge me and also make profit on a dinner I never intended to have.

They charged my card twice the amount, claiming that after my check-out, some strangers used the room we had left, and we were billed for the damages they caused. As a result, they never refunded our money.
So, in addition to having terrible customer service and stealing our money, there is absolutely no control over who enters or leaves the hotel or the rooms. It was a very upsetting experience that no guest deserves.

The place is beautiful, a lovely countryside near an abbey, BUT it’s a nightmare to get to the city center if you don’t have your own car. It has no easy connections to the city, and even many taxi drivers mention that it’s too far. If you want to go to the center (where the tourist attractions are), you have to walk about 10 minutes to the bus stop, then take a bus, and finally the metro. The only bus that goes to the nearest stop runs only until 12:20 a.m., and after that it’s a nightmare to get back. Since it’s far (on the outskirts of Milan), no taxi wants to go there. When returning at night, keep in mind that there is no street lighting, so you have to walk those 10 minutes back to the hotel with a flashlight in hand. The hotel staff is a bit indifferent and their recommendations are very general, not really adding to the experience. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again.

We were at the hotel for a family celebration with twelve people. First problem: wrong rooms. Second problem: the breakfast was very poor, there were ants on the buffet.
The service was disastrous, the staff was very, very unfriendly. Not even a smile. The pre-arranged birthday table was not set up—it was just a regular table. I would never come back here. The value for money is absolutely not right.
Therefore, I can give at most one star.

We had an good experience during the short stay (room could be a cleaner is our only critique (dead bugs on floor etc.)) and also thanks to Crissel! She went above and beyond to help us get to a location inside Milan's ZTL area. She made several calls, asked all the right questions, and really took the time to find the best solution for us. Her kindness, patience, and extra effort truly made a difference. Thank you so much, Crissel!

Lovely little boutique hotel outside of Milano. Room was clean and nice, overall ambience was cosy. Chris at reception was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (Sunday evening) so went to the bakery that is owned by the same family as the hotel. Carpaccio and burrata with a warm focaccia helped me survive the evening. Would love to come again but this time with my loved one! Thank you!

House keeper need to be honest with guest in discharging, for saving any guest take pic and vid before leaving hotel, May will blaming you about something will not figure out about it and will affect on your reservation plan. Best Regards.

Charming hotel located approximately 30 minutes by car from Milan, offering a delightful countryside retreat. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, I could definitely hear other people’s business during the night!

Very clean, nice hotel, staff was wonderful, spoke English. It's out of the city which is nice if you want to not be in the area, but still within 15 minutes. Kitchen is closed on Sunday, bar as well. Check out is from 730 am to 11am there is a minibar with prices in the room, they have bidets in the bathrooms which is common and great. They're is a couple places to get drinks and a quick bite within walking distance.
