They provide excellent service during dinner here. All of the staff are super attentive and caring. The food is also amazing. My spouse highly recommends the veal and I highly recommended the carbonarra pasta! The best part of all...the view! It is so worth the price tag of the food to have a beautiful view of the lake and great food to go with it!
Breakfast was very basic and limited in variety — there wasn’t even something as simple as mozzarella cheese available.
Upon arrival, my mother was stung by a bee. We asked for ammonia, but the hotel informed us they had no first aid supplies, only offering ice. I believe that a five-star hotel should have at least a proper first aid kit available, and it did not feel right that they didn’t.
During checkout, although we had already paid for breakfast through Booking, the hotel staff tried to charge us again. Even though they use an extranet system, the reception service was slow and unprofessional. We could not see a clear breakdown of what we had consumed — everything was just written down, and when we asked for a proper receipt, it was not handled in a professional manner.
Overall, for a hotel that claims to be five stars, the service felt inexperienced and below standard. Sadly, I do not think I would stay again, and I cannot recommend it to others.
Aircond is not working well .
The bathtub shower hardware is too old , not perfoming well and can NOT switch between shower and tap . Bathroom to small for bathtub ...nowdays when you dont have enough space better get rid of bathtub.
