I dont understand why the hotel has such bad reviews... The rooms are super nice and the staff is super friendly!! The location is superb and I will defenitely be back when I am in Orta!! 10/10

We stayed for the third time in this hotel. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is excellent. Last stay however, we asked the reception if we could hook up our mini fridge to their electricity for 1 night. That was fine. At checkout we were presented the bill of 10 euro's because the boss of the hotel found that we should pay for that. She wasn't there to talk to but this left us a bitter taste.
Second, during the same stay, we asked what time the breakfast opens on Saturday. We were told 8:00 am. Because we needed to gey on the train to Iselle this was just in time. Later we found out that the breakfast starts at 8:30 on Saturday. Again we asked the reception and they told us we could start at 8:00 am but the preparation wouldn't be finished completely. At arrival at 8:00 am we were shouted at that the breakfast wasn't open. We tried to explain the situation and that the reception said it was ok, but the girl went to the kitchen and got to the boss. She shouted that she is the boss and not the reception and that it was not OK to start. We started anyway and she went away angry. Overall not a good experience and the last time we visited this hotel.

Sleep: during the night a bell was ringing every few minutes above room 107, nobody knew what it was or how to fix it. We had a bad night sleep.

Hello, we had a great night by getting upgrade on the apartment with the view on the beach. The bad thing was communication, after 5 calls we finally got the personal at the front desk, and talked really fast to allow us letting the keys in the apartment for the check out. She didn’t know if we were able to go to breakfast or not. Reservation Marie Duloup

Very nice hotel w friendly staff! The common room is so nice, with free snack bar available. 8 mins walk fr train station, 15mins walk fr town center.

Very nice hotel, just fifteen minutes on foot from the center of the city. The staff is very kind and there's a "welcome room" with free snacks and beverages always open. The room was very spacious and clean. A very large breakfast (English and Continental buffet) is included.
