We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail.
Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

Clean, comfortable, acceptable, wish I had more budget for a better place but it’s still good. The gentleman manning the hotel is very nice, polite and understanding.

Very simple rooms. We had room 5 which was very quiet. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. We also got the Bolzano card included which we used non stop for cable cars, public transport and museums

This place was in a perfect location but what we loved the most is the service: the boss is so nice and friendly, breakfast is served with fresh Italian cappuccino and warm pastries and the staff is so helpful!

Very nice hotel. Good staff. It is a 2-star hotel and has a good price ratio. We got the Bolzano card for free from the hotel, which is a card to go for free to museums and cable cars.

First, it is important to understand that the rooms are small and very basic. There is no AC and the building is ageing. This is not a 'five star hotel' I am rating it based on what it is, a 2 star hotel I believe. Having said that they are very clean, and the fan is adequate for cooling you off enough to sleep.
Now the good: the owners are kind and hospitable but most importantly the husband is an incredible cook!
For dinner I had the best pasta that I have had in years. All homemade from fresh ingredients. Simple but absolutely delicious.
The breakfasts are bordering on luxurious. Croissants, pastries, and bread baked fresh that morning. Delicious fruits, cheese, cold cuts and espresso/cappuccino made to perfection.
Finally, the location is perfect. Close to the park, very close to downtown and close to some amazing old buildings.
Now the good: the owners are kind and hospitable but most importantly the husband is an incredible cook!

Super friendly staff (once they know you). Cozy and convenient. Nice location near the town centre but parking might be a bit problematic although free during the weekend.
