The pools were nice and refreshing! The breakfast was nice. Location was good - only about a 10 minute walk to the centre.
The air conditioning in the room was so loud and controlled by reception so we could only turn it on or off. We tried to call reception but our phone wasn’t working. The bathroom had terrible ventilation and smelt like stale water. We could also hear the people above us moving around so loudly and when we asked to move, the lady said she’d organise it tomorrow and never did.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Pierro was so hospitable and kind. The buffet dinner and breakfast was top notch. The shuttle transfers were very convenient. Graziano was a friendly driver. We felt welcome and safe the entire time. My only suggestion would be to update the rooms, as they were somewhat outdated. The patios should have updated furniture and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall, the proximity to the town was a plus. We would definitely recommend.

I don't understand the glowing reviews here. Our room was old and didn't look like the pictures. The linens were soiled and the phone didn't work. We kept having to go to the front for whatever we needed and half the time the staff didn't even fulfill our request. They said they would fix the phone and didn't. Antonio was nice to help with our luggage. But the rest of the staff was not friendly and the food at the restaurant was over priced and low quality for Calabrian standards

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Tropea! The location was perfect—easy to get to by car and just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the area a breeze. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety of both Italian and German options to start the day.
The housekeeping team was absolutely exceptional, ensuring our room was spotless throughout our stay. Traveling with our baby, we were so appreciative of the warm hospitality. Everyone, from the staff to management, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made our experience all the more enjoyable.

Great place for the budget conscious whilst still within easy reach of the main areas in Tropea. Rooms are simple and clean. Only negative was our room was a little smelly from the bathroom drainage traps, and the shower was extremely small and hard to wash in. Otherwise good enough for a short stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was the last stop on a 2 week vacation, and were initially given a room that wasn't what we had booked. We were disappointed, and voiced our displeasure with one of the staff members, who comped us free drinks and made us wait for the manager. The manager, Mariella who we met with listened to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution. She eventually found us a room that was comparable to what we booked. For the remainder of our stay, she always had a smile on her face and welcomed us. She always asked if we needed anything and was always there to help. As long as Mariella is there, we'll definitely be returning

Great resort with incredible staff. The location is a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant district. Pool was fantastic and breakfast was a nice bonus. I recomed this place for a family.
