The hotel is in a good location, but everything else is a disaster. The rooms are not clean,they do not change the blue blanket on the bed,the towels are not well washed. Very uncultured workers. From the reception to the cleaners who knock on the door and ask when we are leaving the room. Check-out from the hotel is at 10 a.m and not at 8:30 when the lady was at the door. Mostly everything is a disaster. Never again

The room is more or less ok, but bathroom there is No hot water and shower doesnt work. Covers on bad not exist. It was cold. Breakfast is very poor, no coffe, no eggs, juce... Winter time disaster

Very close (few meters by foot) from the beach, restaurants and shops. Bus stop approx 10mins walk away.
Very nice view from balcony on Etna, clean rooms, good cleaning ladies and receptionists.
Breakfast' quality average but many food choices to pick from.

Best ever service and stuff, cleaning of room daily, food choice is like a 5 star hotel and nothing from these bad comments seems like true. Location is much better the to go to Taormina or elsewhere, where you do not have so many beaches in front of you. Perfect place to go. For less budget you get it all.

Cockroaches and bugs everywhere never go there. If you say there are bugs they will ignore you and say you are wrong never go there. It’s terrible terrible location terrible food. They don’t know how to cook food even in Italy. It’s crazy. Big roach horrible food bugs in food

Hotel was clean and located opposite the lido, this cost €10 for a day. The hotel pool was indoors and cost €5 for the day. So if beach and sun are your main thing budget for the expense
Good breakfast and generally helpful staff.
Although we were directed wrongly to the bus stop several times giving us a long walk when there was one just along from the hotel.
There was a great view from our balcony but not all were as big or with the same view. Some nights were a bit noisier than others due to disco at the lido.

We were there in june 2016. The WiFi is free but VERY slow. If you want to rent a car you have to pay 5 Euro per day for parking place.
The hotel is near by the beach and this is the best about the hotel. The service is ok. Not friendly but quite profesional. Our room was old but clean. The air condition is really not strong and cold enough for sicilia.
The worst part about the hotel was the food. This is the reason why i give only one star. Not fresh and not tasty. Breakfast was only the basics (Toast, cheese and ham....no fresh stuff) and I had one big hair in my egg the first morning. The instant coffee is not what i expect from italy. The juice tastes like 100 % sugar and there are not even fresh fruits on the buffet. The only fruit in the morning is peach out of can.
The lunch was really terrible too. I would rather go to mcd every day. Safe the money for all the good restaurants around the hotel. The food in the hotel is an effrontery.
In the end we had very nice holidays in naxos but definitely not because of sporting baia.

Chef of the reception Kristina has some personal issues, it seems to me she is not sutable candidate for working with people. She acts like a Big Boss.
Other things are 1+ or 2, Food nothing special and if you don't come exact at 8:15 you will not going to get it at all.
