NH Collection Taormina

Wow what a location to stay! Be sure to book a review with a view because it is well worth it.

The staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with options to order items additional to the plenty options that are provided. I probably gained a couple of kilos here 😂.

Location is great as a short 2-3 minute stroll you are into the main streets of Taormina. Also a laundromat down the road which was helpful as we had quite a bit of laundry.

Parking is available through an additional service provided by the hotel. A guy comes and parks your car and when you need it, you simply tell reception and he will bring it up. Very useful service as finding parking in Taormina is difficult.

Would definitely stay again if we came back to Taormina.

First time in Taormina with 3 kids (12,6,6) and from what I could read is the location of the hotel is important unless walking up/down stairs is part of your vacay plans. NH is located very convenient - very close to the main street and close to the restaurant area. We didn't experience any noise during the night time. The pool was not the biggest but my kids enjoyed it - the beach is just down the hill so that makes up for it
, 20 min walking time including the lift/gondol. The breakfast was good - as expected, we didn't eat at the Zefiro Restaurant due to the reviews and having all these fantastic restaurants around the corner. We had to have 2 rooms due to being 5 people so for us it was pricy comparing to what you got.

Would I pick the same place again - maybe.

Highly recommend this hotel! The service and location are easily 5 stars. Although the parking is not onsite, for 20euro/day there is a valet service that is very prompt. It is a very easy walk, less than 3 minutes) to the main street with bustling shops and restaurants. We highly enjoyed Ethica which was 5 minutes walking to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and booking through American Express allowed us a great upgrade with a pool facing balcony. The bathroom was wonderful as well, but the shower was slightly hard to operate (shower knob) for my wife. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view over Taormina. Housekeeping routinely came to check if we needed more towels and water which was always needed. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect!

The rooms were great. Not too small the shower was heavenly and after walking all day, the pool was a great place to relax and have a cocktail before getting ready for dinner. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay again 💗

My wife and I stayed at NH Collection Taormina for a few nights during part of our honeymoon a week ago, and it was a very solid hotel. Service was great, particularly from some of the front staff (Angelo and Alberto), who always went out the way to be helpful. Location is very central and easy to get to central area of Taormina, just know there will be hills. Daily breakfast was a treat and had plenty of high quality options for both meat eaters and vegetarians, along with fresh fruit and pastries. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was closed when we were there in mid May, which was a little disappointing considering it is a major draw, but there are so many places around Taormina that its not difficult to find alternatives. I wish it was more publicized beforehand though. We had an ocean view deluxe room (or something like that), which was modern and comfortable with a balcony that had a great view. Bed was comfortable, good temperature control, and everything was clean; just don’t expect a large amount of space (but who is in room all day anyway). Overall would come back!

This hotel could not be more lovely and perfect. Impeccable customer service from the front desk to the spa. Beautiful, great location and epic rooftop pool/dining area.

Beautiful and modern hotel in an amazing location beautiful large rooms would stay here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it walkable to all the main attractions in Taormina. wonderful staff, especially the doorman Angelo and receptionist sara. very helpful and accommodating. thank you!

It was raining & we stopped at your hotel. Even though we were staying nearby, Angelo helped us arrange for a valet service to park our car & helped us with our luggage so we could enjoy a lovely lunch upstairs in the hotel. How fortunate you are to have him as an employee!! The waiter who served us a delicious lunch & wine was also lovely as was the food. Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel, based on our experience, we will recommend it.

For breakfast, Monica’s kind and friendly service, warm greetings and attentiveness made each day start with a comfortable and enjoyable family gathering.

The maid service and front desk were also friendly and professional.

This is a five star hotel for sure. Rooms are luxurious and modern. I like the idea of the closet in the bathroom. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Alberto.
