Hotel Villa Brunella

Our stay last week for three days to Capri, found ourselves at Hotel Villa Brunella. The most important aspect of travel for me is customer service, and every employee I encountered and worked with was amazing and attentive. From the pre-arrival arrangements to the final day prep was spot on. The second aspect for me is location and this hotel is a comfortable 15 minute walk to the center square so it was perfectly situated away from the crowds but close enough. The views from the hotel were spectacular. The food and drinks we had while on property were also spot on.
I would recommend Hotel Villa Brunella and meet several guest that have come back year after year and to me that says a great deal about a place.

Villa Brunella was a short walk off the main area of Capri with stunning views of the water from their restaurant and pool area. The concierge was so welcoming and helpful, assisting us with reservations, luggage transport, and more. We really enjoyed our honeymoon here!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Brunella! It’s a bit tucked away past all the shops and busy traffic of Capri which was perfect for us. Our room was spacious and the patio was perfect with unobstructed views. Highly recommend a stay here - wonderful breakfast included, highly rated restaurant, very nice pool and sun terrace. I would definitely recommend using the porter to deliver your bags. Once you disembark from the ferry, a cab will take you to the furthest place they can before the streets become pedestrian only. Once there, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms look just as the website depicts and are extremely clean and well kept! Great location with beautiful views and not far from center of town.
The staff and service was impeccable! Everyone was extremely helpful and beyond attentive! The poolside food and restaurant was amazing and far better than most restaurants recommended to us in Capri! Can't wait to go back!!! Thank you to all at Hotel Villa Brunella for making our trip so incredible!!!!

Great, great, great! I only arrived in Capri for a visit of a few hours, being on holiday on the Amalfi Coast. By chance, our steps brought us near Villa Brunella, a quiet area with a superb panorama. We decided to stay one night even though we only had the clothes on us and no luggage. The hosts are extremely kind, the hotel is extremely chic and clean, the pool has an incredible view... everything is superlative. And although we paid for a normal room, the nice guy at the reception gave us a stunning apartment. I think he liked our enthusiasm :))). It's not our first time in Capri, but this is the nicest accommodation for us on this island. We are already preparing for a whole vacation here next year. Thank you, you made our day wonderful!

This was our second time staying at the hotel, the first time being our honeymoon. The quality and service were just as fantastic as our first stay, if not better! While you may have to journey a bit to get there the walk is splendid and relaxing as long as you take advantage of the hotel’s porter service. The team at the hotel go out or their way to over communicate the services available to you for making your journey to the hotel as easy as possible.

The staff was so kind and considerate. We had an early am check out to make our flight and one of the men who handled our breakfast during our stay (Giovanni) went out of his way the prior day to see if he could arrange a takeaway meal for us before we left.

BTW! The views are INCREDIBLE. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. Happy to say we will be lifelong customers.
