Overall good experience but the hotel could use a renovation. The service was great, so can’t complain about that. The breakfast was OK. The location is a quick walk to food and shopping. For the price this is a good option but don’t expect it to be a five star hotel. Do not try to walk to the hotel from the port under any circumstance with luggage.

This hotel was perfect for a 5 night stay. It has a shuttle from the port $7 per person. Which Capri is limited on taxis and quite frankly taxis are expensive and not super friendly. Very nice view of the hotel and traditional decor, but it is overpriced for what it offers. For a latte macchiato you pay 12 euros, which was not really reflected in the quality. The service in the caffe was also not very accommodating. Whether this applies to overnight guests, however, I can not evaluate.

Came for drinks before dinner. This place has unbelievable decor. The view is outstanding. The drinks are pricey at about $30 each but they do give olives, nuts, and chips which are delicious. Nice clean hotel, the floor has gorgeous tiles but floor can be cold. No bed room slippers provided. The bathroom has no counter only a pedestal sink. The room has little soundproofing.
