This hotel was perfect for a 5 night stay. It has a shuttle from the port $7 per person. Which Capri is limited on taxis and quite frankly taxis are expensive and not super friendly. We booked our double room with sea view via booking.com at Hotel Weber Ambassador with breakfast included. It was a walking distance down to the beach. They also offer pickup shuttle from and to the port with fees. My partner and I enjoyed a short stay here in early October. It's a nice, friendly, family run B&B a short walk from the beach and Grand Marina. The rooms are well appointed and maintained. Breakfast is continental, buffet style and sets you up for the day. Overall I'd say the PM is convenient, pleasant and good value for money.

I had a really positive stay out there during my three nights with La Vega Hotel in Capri. There are some important points of interest at walking distance... like Villa Jovis. Please take the Funicular to the top of the mountain and not the stairs if you are not in such a great phisical shape like me ?

Nice clean hotel, the floor has gorgeous tiles but floor can be cold. No bed room slippers provided. The bathroom has no counter only a pedestal sink. The room has little soundproofing. You can hear your neighbour clearly through the walls. The restaurant food serves good food with good prices with good service.
