The use of a courtesy car to get guests up to Capri town or down to the port is a lovely touch and very welcome given the narrowness of the roads. We’d love to thank the whole team for making our stay such a special one

My studio apartment had a lovely bedroom, a slightly dated, but full kitchen, a shower room and balcony. A short, if hilly, walk to the village supplies all the basics, fresh fruit and vegetables and local cheese

Just one negative the pool closed at 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs daily such bad Managememt the hottest part of the day I and others thought this pool cleaning and maintenance should be done first thing or after seven when it closes !!! Really wanted to jump in the pool after a morning and early afternoon jaunt out sightseeing !!!!

Pool area lovely shaded area and sun loungers although by the end of the week very busy and not enough loungers ! They have a smaller hotel across the road with maybe 18 rooms so they use the pool of this hotel same owners both properties are pristine the cleanliness is superb

The room was very dated but kept exceptionally clean. Neither my husband or I found any problem with the bed, although we do like a firm one. Pool area great, so quiet but pool could maybe do with more regular cleaning

Quiet and tranquil and yet there is a lot going on here: Snorkeling in the marine protected area with the neighboring diving school; boat tours to Amalfi or Capri; pizza eating from the in-house wood oven as well as, of course, the beach right in front of the front door

My stay at the Maya Beach Resort in Sorrento was the icing on a much needed vacation

From the views, to the amenities, food and staff - FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!! Roberto, Cami and Andrea were amazing and made me feel right at home

Besides this being an incredibly beautiful resort, the staff is amazing. I felt they really enjoyed our company and treated us all (4 adults) like they would a family member

The room is very good, very close to the beach, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, and the service is also very good

The hotel is located in a remote area. You need to use the hotel's free shuttle service. If you walk, you need to walk 15 minutes downhill to the hotel

The shuttle service goes to and from the nearby parking lot and bus station. The waiting time was half an hour during the morning rush hour

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the front desk reception is also very friendly, and breakfast can be packed

The room is clean and tidy, but the hotel is a bit difficult to find on the mountain road, but you should be able to call the hotel to pick up and drop off from the parking lot

Recommend staying on the corner room on the top floor. You get a lovely big patio and your view is spectacular. Have a few drinks while watching the sunset and it'll be one of the highlights of your trip

Walking down to the beach every day was relaxing - wild plants, herbs and fruit everywhere. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had nice variety and the menu at the restaurant had all that you would need or want

The most perfect place for a romantic vacation, has it all - location (few minutes from Sorrento), a private beach (that you might fond yourself with 4 more ppl at max), huge rooms, 50 acres of farm and open field, amazingly quiet

There’s a private beach down the way, with an incredible lunch spot on site, with the best lemon cello spritz I have ever had. It was incredible getting to relax on that beach all day

They ended up upgrading our room to an apartment with working ac and they even gifted us a set of their incredible olive oil that they make on site (we bought 3 more sets because we loved it so much) our room was absolutely incredible and we loved our stay so much

They even had kayaks and a paddle board we could use for free. We took them out almost everyday and discovered a beautiful swimming hole to the right. The lunch we had was amazing

And the downtown Sorrento was really fun too. They also offered a shuttle service free of charge! This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make sure you love your time here

The hotel arranges your ferry tickets to Capri with a greeter when you get off the ferry to meet you and with a porter to carry your luggage to the hotel. The service to and from the hotel is first class

We enjoyed the beautifully restored room for the night visiting from Sorrento. The room was well appointed with luxurious robes and slippers and amenities. The coffee and breakfast delivered was superb

Honestly I would come back just to stay in the room. We were impressed with every aspect except the pool which was sublet and they were not very nice. The service, concierge and everything else was perfect

First group of staff I met were the drivers, all amazing people with high energy, great taste of music and very experienced at getting around the narrow roads of Capri, My favorite was Mauricio, but they all deserve their roses because they were all great

I stayed in room #109, it had everything you need, very spacious for 2 could fit 3 adults comfortably, with enough storage, outlets, a mini fridge, counter space, and there are plenty of mirrors to be able to get ready at without having to share one bathroom mirror

🫰 Third group is the dining staff! Aldo, Donato & Gilbertico are the ones that stood out for me as they were the 3 I interacted with the most, extremely hard working, cool under pressure as lunch and dinner were ALWAYS packed

The hotel staff is so great and will go out of their way to help you. There is a shuttle that runs to the center of town that is very convenient. I loved it and will be back! Wish we had stayed longer than two nights!

Food and dessert was always delicious and the view was gorgeous, Order yourself a limoncello shot after a meal, they are iced cold and delicious. The pool staff ladies were very nice, attentive and also spoke Spanish

You also have the ability to take a walk ( may be aggressive for some) down to Fontelina and Da Luigi beach clubs. The food served at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner is all delicious

Pre-dinner sunset cocktails while listening to live music or a DJ is an absolute dream. This is all topped off by the most amazing staff that will leave you wanting to keep coming back to this hotel year after year

The second aspect for me is location and this hotel is a comfortable 15 minute walk to the center square so it was perfectly situated away from the crowds but close enough. The views from the hotel were spectacular

Even without any porters and several bags. You just walk up a small hill to get to the front entrance. The view from the Terrace restaurant where there is breakfast in the morning is it beautiful and overlook the port

The owners were very helpful and had great recommendations. It’s located right by the main port and is walking distance from shopping, bars, and food. The room was clean and the balcony was great.

Very quaint older hotel not far from the port. Family owned and the host was GREAT. If you want to feel the culture stay here. A couple of things I noticed, but didn't read in other reviews

This was great! We kept the windows open for the breeze and there was traffic at night so we had noise, but this was our fault

The restaurants in the harbor are good spots to eat, there is a scooter rental right next to Hotel. TAXIS, AND BUSES 100 FT from hotel, and you are right at the beach and bar below the hotel

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I was very pleased. I can see the blue see and port from the room and it takes only a few minutes to the port. All staffs are very very very kind

The beds are comfortable, however no elevator, so you do have the stairs, pack accordingly. IF you arrive before check-in they will house your luggage for you
