It also had an outdoor shower which we could not even believe it was incredible!! The views from the terrace were spectacular, it was an unobstructed view of the ocean looking towards the mainland of Italy

The hotel is nice and close to the ferry port so you don’t have to go too far to get to the hotel. The hotel manager Antonio was a pleasure to deal with. The restaurant at the hotel was small and quaint

This hotel is located right by the marina which means it’s also right by the taxi station and railway which made getting around Capri super easy. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful with every step of the way

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice although the shower was a bit small (wait til you hear about the second shower though)

My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a stunning view of the sea and port. The breakfast buffet was very good with a view. Its central location made it easy to explore the ports area

We stayed in the penthouse room which featured a private outdoor terrace. The terrace had sun bed loungers with an optional cover, seating area and swinging chair to say the least

Great size rooms, traditional Capri architecture and decor, friendly and helpful service. Yummy breakfast! Excellent location to town and the seaside. We loved our room with the terrace and sea view

The pool was a nice refuge from the busy Capri streets and the waitstaff were so nice!

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Capri. only a few short minutes to get into the heart of Capri where all the shops and restaurants are located

Even though the check in process took 2 hours I will give this hotel 5 stars. Massive suites and large washrooms. Very clean. Pool area was amazing. Very easy to find and steps from shopping/restaurants

Also I have to say the breakfast staff were very helpful, anything that you needed there were more then happy to help. Very nice pool area with bar area also very close to main area of Capri

This hotel is great! The luxury rooms are very nicely decorated and well maintained. The hotel is in within walking distance of the beach and has a swimming pool and very capable and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor patio for drinks and pizza, along with a sun deck offering nice views of the sea and a pool. Our main complaint is the walls are paper thin

WOW!!!!! We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is in a PERFECT Location. We stayed 3 nights, loved our newly renovated room. Clean, privite bathroom, easy in & out, delicious "free" breakfast

Most of all, Fabio at the front desk was extremely helpful

We had to call the desk and ask for water to be specially delivered and it came in tiny 8 oz bottles… The front desk told us it’s best not to drink the tap so we used the small bits of water for coffee and bought large bottles at the market during the day

Simply superb. Far enough from the tourist hordes, but not so remote that one can not stroll to town after they depart. Beautifully appointed rooms, and service to the same standards of excellence.

Away from all the hustle and bustle but pure serenity. Fabulous accommodations and staff amazing. Just a nice (bit long) walk to square but worth it. Expensive but so is everything on Capri

We decided to stay one night even though we only had the clothes on us and no luggage. The hosts are extremely kind, the hotel is extremely chic and clean, the pool has an incredible view

Villa Brunella was a short walk off the main area of Capri with stunning views of the water from their restaurant and pool area

The second aspect for me is location and this hotel is a comfortable 15 minute walk to the center square so it was perfectly situated away from the crowds but close enough. The views from the hotel were spectacular

The food and drinks we had while on property were also spot on. I would recommend Hotel Villa Brunella and meet several guest that have come back year after year and to me that says a great deal about a place

Villa Sarah is a lovely small hotel situated out of the town. There is a small pool with sunbathing/seating areas around it. Our bedroom and bathroom were a good size with a balcony looking over the sea

The buffet breakfast was good with indoor and outdoor seating. The shower is over the bath, which is a bit difficult for older people, but there was a handy grab rail to help with access

Villa Sarah is a charming small hotel in a less crowded location but still very close to Capri center. It is more like coming to your own villa instead of entering a hotel. And we had a nice view to the sea

The shower is great but for a 6’ , (190lb) American it’s a small area… but the water is hot! Besides that I have no bad thoughts here. Cold Beer to have in the afternoon

The only downside I have seen is the location is a bit far but then that equals peaceful!!! No fuss no mess. So hard to move luggage around

Quite possibly best hotel I've been in for service. My wife and I found breakfast fantastic as well. The courtesy rides to and from Capri and the port were a great feature and made travelling much easier

Our room overlooked the Faragnoli and the quieter seaside of Capri. you can walk few steps down to marina piccola beach. Hotel had shuttle service to Capri town with no charge

We booked our double room with sea view via booking. com at Hotel Weber Ambassador with breakfast included. It was a walking distance down to the beach. They also offer pickup shuttle from and to the port with fees

The hotel also provides free shuttle to and from the city center which saves you at least $25 each way from the hotel each day. The hotel itself is one of few located on the beach (short walk up and down stairs)

Staff, especially Tito, were super friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool is very nice and relaxing

Drop tile ceilings, tile in bathrooms needed repair. Need to reserve an umbrella On the rocks below to avoid the insane Italian tourist crowds on the free beach below. Buffett breakfast was not up to Italian standards

I think it is one of the best place to stay in Capri. Very customer oriented, beautiful location, perfect connection to Capri Piazzetta. If I want to come back to Capri, I would definitely stay again here

The hotel is and Spa are truly 5 star. Food was fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Chaminda who was always there to take us to and from the center of Capri

When we first arrived he had drinks and snacks ready for us and he went over a very cute printed map on which he wrote notes and tips for our trip! We noticed a smell in our room so he had the staff do an entire deep clean on our room and the issue was resolved

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous and so relaxing. I only wish I had more time in the room to enjoy the big bath tub with jets! The only issue with the room was a lot of ants in the bathroom

Nice clean hotel, the floor has gorgeous tiles but floor can be cold. No bed room slippers provided. The bathroom has no counter only a pedestal sink. The room has little soundproofing

You can hear your neighbour clearly through the walls. The restaurant food serves good food with good prices with good service
