This hotel is great! The luxury rooms are very nicely decorated and well maintained. The hotel is in within walking distance of the beach and has a swimming pool and very capable and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor patio for drinks and pizza, along with a sun deck offering nice views of the sea and a pool. Our main complaint is the walls are paper thin

WOW!!!!! We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is in a PERFECT Location. We stayed 3 nights, loved our newly renovated room. Clean, privite bathroom, easy in & out, delicious "free" breakfast

Most of all, Fabio at the front desk was extremely helpful

We had to call the desk and ask for water to be specially delivered and it came in tiny 8 oz bottles… The front desk told us it’s best not to drink the tap so we used the small bits of water for coffee and bought large bottles at the market during the day

We had a pool view with terrace that was exceptional , peaceful and mesmerizing. Lounging by the pool, having lunch and cocktails was perfect and the view outstanding

They handled several issues our family had with the airlines and produced a wonderful resolution. The restaurant recommendations were great. Made our stay very enjoyable and stress free

The hotel had some room upgrades which was nice. The staff are always accommodating and pleasant. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always have had a great stay

I’d say Capri is getting too full with day tourists and very large crowds which takes a bit away from the Capri experience

Old fashioned gem in the heart of Capri, with an inviting terrace for a little coffee break to make island memories

Try the torta caprese with vanilla ice cream, along with a coffee and a lemon infused local Birra Capri beer

The absolute friendliest and most helpful staff of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Antonio, the manager says he treats all guests like family and he means it. Such a great and personal experience

We stayed in the penthouse room which featured a private outdoor terrace. The terrace had sun bed loungers with an optional cover, seating area and swinging chair to say the least

It also had an outdoor shower which we could not even believe it was incredible!! The views from the terrace were spectacular, it was an unobstructed view of the ocean looking towards the mainland of Italy

The waiter Anu was fantastic and seemed like a genuinely good person. He offered suggestions about what to do and where to go during our stay. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Capri!

The hotel is nice and close to the ferry port so you don’t have to go too far to get to the hotel. The hotel manager Antonio was a pleasure to deal with. The restaurant at the hotel was small and quaint

I don't usually review the places I stay or the restaurants I frequent, but I thought I'd take 10 minutes of my time to say a few words about La Scalinatella

The location is excellent: close to the town center but away from the crowds. Delicious breakfast and attentive service at all times

The hotel is and Spa are truly 5 star. Food was fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Chaminda who was always there to take us to and from the center of Capri

I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are considering staying in Capri 👍🏼

A nice hotel with central location, just a few meters from the Piazzeta away. Good service, great pool. Breakfast was every day the same, not for 4 star hotel, no vegetables, no hot dishes.

The restaurants in the harbor are good spots to eat, there is a scooter rental right next to Hotel. TAXIS, AND BUSES 100 FT from hotel, and you are right at the beach and bar below the hotel

Definitely not a 2 star hotel by definition. The hotel is in a great location in Marina Grande and steps from the tram, bus depot, and ferry port. The staff was excellent and we felt very welcome

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I was very pleased. I can see the blue see and port from the room and it takes only a few minutes to the port. All staffs are very very very kind

The beds are comfortable, however no elevator, so you do have the stairs, pack accordingly. IF you arrive before check-in they will house your luggage for you

We loved our stay at Villa Helios. Super clean and cosy hotel with a homey atmosphere, amazing views from the patio, minutes away from the city centre yet not touristy and crowded at all

Visited April 2108 We arrived and was greeted by friendly staff who offered to upgrade our room to a sea facing room. No elevators in the building, so be prepared for stairs (as with the whole of Capri)

I had booked a standard room for my son and I and I stayed in a twin room, as requested, with a furnished terrace overlooking the sea! Priceless courtesy! Excellent price, hotel to recommend to everyone

Very quaint older hotel not far from the port. Family owned and the host was GREAT. If you want to feel the culture stay here. A couple of things I noticed, but didn't read in other reviews

This was great! We kept the windows open for the breeze and there was traffic at night so we had noise, but this was our fault

The waiters in the restaurants were so kind to me. The desk attendants were very helpful with recommendations for dining and hikes. I loved eating lunch by the pool and the way the waiters would remember my wine order

It's also worth mentioning that the breakfast experience, the pool, and the nearby spaces to walk around/explore were all really excellent

We even did the 25 mins walk from the marina which if you like stairs is perfectly fine
