This hotel is a true gem at lake como! Why? Because it offers sincere quality fortunately without the snobby service or prices. We experienced a breathtaking view on the lake, friendly staff for dinner and for breakfast and felt really welcome. The rooms are modest yet comfortable and well maintained. Go here if you want the perks of the lake at value for money.

We stayed in the hotel for one amazing night. We arrived there by car immediately after landing in Malpensa air port, and got great service including a parking space. The view from the hotel is gorgeous and the hotel's restaurant was not less than perfect. The stuff was very helpful and gave us recommendations to the rest of our trip. Definitely recommended!

A great place. We spent three nights and, due to weather, wound up eating at the restaurant all three nights. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the room was spacious. As Yanks, we missed wash cloths. I hope we'll be lucky enough to get back there again.

Great B+B, great service and rooms, garden directly on the lake, including access to the lake. Everything is very well maintained, and the landlords are also great.

Accommodation in a spacious house next to the villa. (Apartment above the garage) Parking for one car inside and another on the narrow road. Pleasant garden and sitting by the Lake. Breakfast prepared in the evening in the fridge and on the table. So breakfast in the privacy of the apartment. About 700m to the boat stop and restaurants.

Negatives would be that the room facilities are a little dated/non functional, i.e. weird lighting switches/system and a non-working bathroom door lock. Authentic, cozy B&B. Beautiful location on the flanks of the lake. Private parking. Just what we were looking for. Friendly welcome, Paola and Gianni are super hosts. Top breakfast, cafeteria of the owners down on the lake. Everything tip top. We'll be back someday

Lovely B&B in Carate Urio just a few km north of Como. Easily accessible from the autostrade, but far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Faboulous breakfast served in the garden with freshly baked goods and homemade jams. Great views of the lake from the room.

The Taverna Del Giglio: the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Como and its renowned city. The tradition of the village perched on the western shore and with a breathtaking view, meets the typical Mediterranean hospitality. The service is excellent, concrete and genuine. The apartment is practical, functional, immediate and sincere. Absolutely recommended to all visitors to the Lario.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room felt recently renovated and was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and provided a very yummy breakfast. The ferry station is right across the street, as well as great restaurants and boating options.

Kind and helpful staff, who gave us the most beautiful room with balcony and a view. My dear husband had explained that it is our 30 years anniversary ❤ and he wanted to surprise me - thank you all 🤗 The bathroom I spacious, and the bed to, though the mattress it is a bit to firm. Great little family run hotel with comfortable rooms with AC and views, possible to park outside on street. Paid (8am-midnight)(max 4€ at the time). They offer secure private parking for 10€ per day and dogs are welcome. Perfect little spot just down the ramp for a morning or evening dip.

It’s a old hotel and I’m not sure how it qualifies for 4 stars. I had to kill 2 bugs in the one night we stayed there. Room was cold and thermostat system was not switching to hot air. They do not have irons in the rooms for safety reasons (in the US even 3-star inns have irons in each room) and you need to go down to level 1 where they have an ironing room to iron your clothes. Although not much to see and do in Moltrasio, this b&b fit the bill perfectly. Our balcony hung directly over Lake Como providing us with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. They have a wonderful well supplied kitchen that allowed us to make our own meals and dine on our balcony enjoying the setting to the fullest. Amazing place to stay on lake Como. Large apartment, by European standards, with amazing views and the water sounds. Quiet at night even with a bar/restaurant just downstairs. The bar only takes cash but very friendly and will gladly sell you a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony. Check in was easy and the place amazing. We will come back!
