It’s a old hotel and I’m not sure how it qualifies for 4 stars. I had to kill 2 bugs in the one night we stayed there. Room was cold and thermostat system was not switching to hot air. They do not have irons in the rooms for safety reasons (in the US even 3-star inns have irons in each room) and you need to go down to level 1 where they have an ironing room to iron your clothes. Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room felt recently renovated and was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and provided a very yummy breakfast. The ferry station is right across the street, as well as great restaurants and boating options.

Great little family run hotel with comfortable rooms with AC and views, possible to park outside on street. Paid (8am-midnight)(max 4€ at the time). They offer secure private parking for 10€ per day and dogs are welcome. Perfect little spot just down the ramp for a morning or evening dip.

Although not much to see and do in Moltrasio, this b&b fit the bill perfectly. Our balcony hung directly over Lake Como providing us with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. They have a wonderful well supplied kitchen that allowed us to make our own meals and dine on our balcony enjoying the setting to the fullest. A 5 minute walk gets you to the ferry station with access to the other cities...

Amazing place to stay on lake Como. Large apartment, by European standards, with amazing views and the water sounds. Quiet at night even with a bar/restaurant just downstairs. The bar only takes cash but very friendly and will gladly sell you a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony. Check in was easy and the place amazing. We will come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in October. We were looking for a quiet getaway and relaxing spot to stay. This hotel was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Accommodation in a spacious house next to the villa. (Apartment above the garage) Parking for one car inside and another on the narrow road. Pleasant garden and sitting by the Lake. Breakfast prepared in the evening in the fridge and on the table. So breakfast in the privacy of the apartment. About 700m to the boat stop and restaurants.

This hotel is a true gem at lake como! Why? Because it offers sincere quality fortunately without the snobby service or prices. We experienced a breathtaking view on the lake, friendly staff for dinner and for breakfast and felt really welcome. The rooms are modest yet comfortable and well maintained. We stayed in the hotel for one amazing night. We arrived there by car immediately after landing in Malpensa air port, and got great service including a parking space. The view from the hotel is gorgeous and the hotel's restaurant was not less than perfect. The stuff was very helpful and gave us recommendations to the rest of our trip. Definitely recommended!

The pictures simply dont do justice to this property. The house has an amazing view, overlooking beautiful lake COMO. It is in a tranquil and peaceful environment. Lovely B&B in Carate Urio just a few km north of Como. Easily accessible from the autostrade, but far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Faboulous breakfast served in the garden with freshly baked goods and homemade jams. Great views of the lake from the room.

Disappointed based on other reviews. I guess from them that this restaurant is great for pizza but the fish main course we had whilst substantial was just big plate of calamari - ok if that’s what you were expecting but for EUR28 we were hoping for something more balanced.

Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to Villa Erba and the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

Highly recommend! Centrally located, fancy rooms, and a great breakfast. They also let us store our bags until our room was ready so we could explore Cernobbio on the morning of our arrival.

We originally booked the apartment for one night. After arrival we received a major update as, due to massive rain, there was an issue with the original room. We stopped at this small restaurant/B&B after a nice walk from Cenobbio to Como and back along the coast. The terrasse at the back adjacent to the small park was nice and shaded. The food was reasonably priced and the pizzas were great. The artisanal beer (if the "nera" which I tried is indicative) is also excellent. Good service.
