Great breakfast

This hotel was wonderful for us! I read some reviews talking about a woman at the front desk with glasses who was rude, but I can tell you that Virginia was the picture of kindness and professionalism. Our room was everything we needed. The restaurant was exceptional for every meal and the waitstaff was incredibly accommodating! Shout out to Vincenso who was a wonderful server and conversationalist! 5 Stars for this place!

I stayed at this hotel on September 14th and accidentally left behind my brand-new bag. After realizing it, I sent an email to inquire about it. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and they promptly located my bag for me. I am truly grateful to every staff member who communicated with me and assisted in resolving the issue. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service!

I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist, who wore glasses. I requested an extra blanket for my child, but instead of simply informing me that none were available, I was rudely told that I should turn off the air conditioning instead. This wasn't helpful at all—I'm staying at a hotel for comfort, not to be told what to do. A polite response would have been appreciated.

had a great stay! as upon arrival had a very good impression! we arrived late in the evening and when we indicated that we had not eaten yet the staff immediately took action to make a reservation at a restaurant nearby so that we could still eat. the service is great and the staff is interested! for us this is really a 5 star hotel! in particular antonio, jacob, christina and stefan stood out! what hard work and great service!

Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for work. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff were all fantastic and was made to feel very welcome.
Definitely would recommend this hotel and the location was perfect for commuting to the factory.
