I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist, who wore glasses. I requested an extra blanket for my child, but instead of simply informing me that none were available, I was rudely told that I should turn off the air conditioning instead. This wasn't helpful at all—I'm staying at a hotel for comfort, not to be told what to do. A polite response would have been appreciated.

had a great stay! as upon arrival had a very good impression! we arrived late in the evening and when we indicated that we had not eaten yet the staff immediately took action to make a reservation at a restaurant nearby so that we could still eat. the service is great and the staff is interested! for us this is really a 5 star hotel! in particular antonio, jacob, christina and stefan stood out! what hard work and great service!

Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for work. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff were all fantastic and was made to feel very welcome.
Definitely would recommend this hotel and the location was perfect for commuting to the factory.

Love love love love love this place have been twice in two years I plan on going next year that service is great the location is good and the food is outstanding

Very cool and original hotel. Super nice staff. Breakfast was great. Dinner was not that great.

Poor greeting upon arrival. The receptionist who attended to me during check-in was very rude.
The room is a style that tries to be modern but ends up being cold.
It’s possible to see dust on the top of mirrors and behind them. I asked to clean and 4 days after they still didn’t do it.
I’m not particularly sensitive to noise but the corridor is too noisy and the doors are very loud to close as you need to slam it to close it because there’s no handle on the outside.
It’s not comfortable to work on computer in the room.
The staff working at reception are not at all pleasant.
The restaurant is very nice for dinner and the breakfast is very reasonable.

This is a very unusual and interesting hotel. Each floor has a different theme, ours was space age. Breakfast selection was excellent with lots of different options.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Breakfast is very good and the staff is amazing ! Location is not the best if you are not by car, but can be manageable by bus too.
