The hotel recently decided to close it to children in the afternoon, to the opposite of what shown on ******* and to how the hotel operated till a few months ago.
I had booked this hotel especially for the purpose of being able to see the mountains during the day with the family, and then relax by the pool in the afternoon.
To make things worse, the hotel acknowledged that their was an issue with how the hotel amenities were now depicted on ******* but made no serious attempt to provide any form of consideration for an issue they was entirely their fault.
