I was in and out of Italy a several times, Hotel Villa Flori is definitely one of the best hospitality I have ever had! I stayed here at Christmas eve, though there is some booking issues upon my arrival, the staff was truly passionate and enthusiastic to help even though it is none of their fault, they even prepared the related documents in case I need it. Super helpful, efficient and friendly, brilliant

Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Very satisfied with my experience. Clean hotel with parking and elevator. I requested a late checkin and they did not mind it and opened the door to me very late at night.
