Great Location and decent room. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Felt like it did back in the day when Starwood owned them! It was a pleasant change from the more recent experiences I have had. The only thing I didn’t care for was the overpowering scent in the lobby area. It triggered my allergies!

We stayed one night at this Hotel on the way to the Riviera. The Hotel has wonderful grounds, pool and pool bar area is gorgeous with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel reception looks amazing but they seemed to have stopped the renovations at the room. They look old and have a lot of signs of usage. The bed and sheets are great however. But you can feel the hotel had a lot of usage. The fact there’s no view or access to the water was a big issue for us. On the bright side the service was exceptional.

We left Sheraton yesterday and we spent 5 nights there. We enjoyed our experience with them and we were lucky to get brand new rooms. We are a family of 5 and we think it’s worth visiting again. Lovely spot in the heart of Cernobbio. Can walk to the park at the waterfront and hop on the ferry to any spot on Lake Como. It was spotless, the people were super friendly and helpful (and humored me for trying to speak Italian). It had the most delicious breakfast with a huge selection of items - scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, truly crispy bacon, along with a full assortment of breads, meats, cheeses...

This is a lovely little hotel in the center of Cernobbio, friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet included. Highly recommended if you can't afford Villa D'Este nearby!

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Cernobbio. Easy access to Como. Staff did an excellent job and the breakfast was great.

We arrived at 10:30 am and our room was not ready for check in . The concierge could have offered us a complimentary coffee and pastry but decided to include it in our final bill. Beautiful view of lake Como Beautiful hotel with views. Modern and clean. Super small rooms, no place for oversized luggage. Dining service was a little off. Slow and inefficient- one waiter for entire dining room until another arrived. Waiter kept apologizing for service. Also had to contend with loud wedding party filling the entire dining room and lounge area until 7pm.

Beautiful view over lake como.. property needs some upgrade.. I would stay again for the view.. plus if upgrade the room a bit..

Amazing views. It is quite high and it’s a steep walk so unless you are happy walking over a km at incline, perhaps look for another spot.

Fabulous location at the harbor. Excellent breakfast. AC in our room didn't function or had a minimal effect, and the breakfast room could need some refurbishment. Helpful and positive employees in the reception. Good parking facilities

A cozy hotel with a beautiful lobby, located within walking distance of Villa d’Este. The rooms are clean. The breakfast menu in the lobby is a bit overpriced. It's better to step outside, turn right, and walk to a delicious little deli — a great place for breakfast.

Beyond All Expectations! This hotel is truly a gem located just a short walk from the lake and the Cernobbio ferry station. The rooms are large and comfortable and the lobby is beautifully decorated. The best part, however, is the amazing family that runs the place. I could not recommend this place more!

Home from home away atmosphere and the friendly demeanour of the family running the business made us feel comfortable and helped us with a few tricky issues we encountered. The food and service was also excellent.. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a small community atmosphere but only 5 km from Como.

Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

Hotel Miralago Cernobbio offers breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, with Harry’s Bar, the iconic Italian restaurant, conveniently located next door. The rooms, while compact, are functional, and the views overlooking the lake and mountains are simply exquisite. Service was outstanding…thank you!

Overall very good experience. The location super close to the lake is perfect as are the views from the restaurant. Walking distance to the ferry is just a few minutes as are many restaurants. The service was very good, all staff are friendly. On the first night we checked in very late and the restaurant was already closed but one of the staff members were so nice to bring us bread with a cold cut...

We had some difficulty finding the right road because the residence is in the same building as the Terzo Crotto Hotel Restaurant and the external signs are not very clear. I was with my wife last weekend in the Cernobbio residence, on the occasion of the visit to Lake Como, excellent location of the residence, very helpful owner, perfect cleanliness of the rooms and price in line with expectations and spacious rooms, excellent check-in and check-out times, possibility of parking in front of the residence at €5 per day

We originally booked the apartment for one night. After arrival we received a major update as, due to massive rain, there was an issue with the original room. As we already did some grocery shopping for dinner (we wanted to cook in the kitchen of the apartment) they offered us a free meal at the restaurant which was absolutely excellent! Good value location Small, friendly place with an amazing view. For the price, unbeatable. We enjoyed eating dinner here, as well as the complimentary breakfast. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but clean. Be aware that this place is up on the hill, so the roads are a bit narrow and curvy, and parking can be a bit of a hunt.

Great place to stay and the restaurant served amazing food for a great price. The bus comes every few hours so make sure you look at the timetable and plan your activities in advance, or else you’ll have to walk up the big hill with no sidewalk! The area felt safe and Cernobbio is a great place to visit, I definitely recommend this stay.

This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food...

My new favorite place to stay in Cernobbio. Hesitant to write it here because I want it to myself. 😀 friendly people and a place to park my car. They also have a restaurant. Close to many bars, restaurants and the lake.

Cute and very cosy B&B! The owners were very welcoming, we got there in the rain and they came outside to give us umbrellas! They also helped us out with our travel plans. The room was very clean and has a nice view. Breakfast is great, there's brioche, cornflakes, yogurts, fruit, egg, jam, butter, and juice.

Fantastic B&B !! The owners were kind and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with coffee and biscuits, and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The furnishings and cleanliness were also truly impeccable. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Good location for visiting nearby places. All truly perfect. Thank you.

Good B&B with very friendly staff Good accommodation, as you would expect from a B&B: clean, modern furnishings, the only thing missing is an elevator if you need it. What makes it special, though, is the very friendly staff, who speak good English and a little German. They contacted us well in advance of our trip, and we were already expected on site.

Simple and small but clean room with all four beds in one room. Nice private bathroom. Owners only speak Italian but it is not a problem. Good breakfast is included and is served personally by the hostess.

Quaint B&B with friendly staff The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. The terrace was a nice place to sit and play games as a family. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly.

Good welcome, room not very big but clean and air-conditioned. Private bathroom but separate (opposite the bedroom), for 1 night it was not really disturbing. Ideal location for 1 night, with 1 great pizzeria right next door. Small terrace too; that's nice. Breakfast on the terrace, the owners are very friendly. Just missing cereals, fruit and yogurts for breakfast .... forgetting?? I don't know, but...

Very satisfied with my experience. Clean hotel with parking and elevator. I requested a late checkin and they did not mind it and opened the door to me very late at night. I also had to leave early in the morning and they did not mind preparing breakfast for me. I could also print a document in the reception. Thank you very much for your warm welcome.

Staff was friendly, prices low, but the 3/4 of our pizzas were heavily burned which made me give the three stars. Would still recommend if you’re looking for a cheap place.

visited 2-2-2019 after a heavy snowfall: all the silent and muffled magic of the woods and snow-covered beech trees, which occasionally, thanks to the relatively high temperature, shook off the snow that touched me falling on me ... .....

The place is awesome and it has nearly everything you can imagine: a beautiful garden, a pool, a gym... even an over where you can cook your own pizza! A little overpriced in my opinion
