The hotel reception looks amazing but they seemed to have stopped the renovations at the room. They look old and have a lot of signs of usage. The bed and sheets are great however. But you can feel the hotel had a lot of usage. The fact there’s no view or access to the water was a big issue for us. On the bright side the service was exceptional.

We left Sheraton yesterday and we spent 5 nights there. We enjoyed our experience with them and we were lucky to get brand new rooms. We are a family of 5 and we think it’s worth visiting again. Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to Villa Erba and the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

Highly recommend! Centrally located, fancy rooms, and a great breakfast. They also let us store our bags until our room was ready so we could explore Cernobbio on the morning of our arrival.

Hotel Asnigo with its manicured outside area, is an idyllic hotel tucked in the mountain and overlooking beautiful Lake Como. Friendly, nice staff always ready to assist. Just walk in the front door. Stunning absolutely gorgeous. Could not believe my eyes when I stumbled into this beautiful place. The restaurant was 5 stars . The ambiance perfection. The rooms were quaint and very clean. I will be back for sure. The owners were wonderful, kind and so helpful.

I was in and out of Italy a several times, Hotel Villa Flori is definitely one of the best hospitality I have ever had! I stayed here at Christmas eve, though there is some booking issues upon my arrival, the staff was truly passionate and enthusiastic to help even though it is none of their fault, they even prepared the related documents in case I need it. Most incredible stay, room is extremely well equipped, super clean and most of all comfortable. Adel the manager is a great host, who provided us with all the information we needed and more. We wanted to stay a few more nights but it was fully booked.

Spacious room and clean. Downstairs there is pizzeria which is really good ( they even bring it to your room). Location is really good, 5 -7 minutes by car to Como city center. There is also a bakery very close where you can have coffee and breakfast in the morning.

We stopped at this small restaurant/B&B after a nice walk from Cenobbio to Como and back along the coast. The terrasse at the back adjacent to the small park was nice and shaded. Wonderful, historic and spacious property. Main floor is well furnished and elegant. Beautiful wood floors. On upper floor main bedroom is huge while the other 2 are smaller but functional; each has 2 twin beds. Great, walkable, but quiet location in the heart of Cernobbio. We like Cernobbio that's why we booked. The location is good, just off the street near Villa d'Este, a little over 5 min walk to the pier. We can get breakfast easily from Poletti, our favorite Patisserie right across the street. The old house is quite charming, large and clean though the decor is not what we would prefer but ok.
