However, my recent stay at the Sheraton Lake Como exceeded every expectation and set a new standard for hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by every member of the staff—from the bellman who promptly took care of our luggage to the bar staff who made us feel right at home with their friendly service.

For instance, after I accidentally left my insulin behind, the team not only kept it refrigerated but went above and beyond by coordinating its safe delivery to Switzerland. I had a lovely stay at Sheraton Lake Como, starting with a warm welcome from the incredibly friendly and kind team, who greeted me with coffee and sweets upon arrival. The terrace room was a peaceful spot for enjoying morning coffee while listening to the birds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows and a cozy duvet. The room itself was well-appointed, featuring a spacious shower and complimentary water bottles designed with a Lake Como motif, which I’ve seen in other Marriott properties in Italy.

The outdoor pool and the large hot tub with jets were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was solid, but the omelette station really stood out. I also dined at their on-site restaurant, Kitchen, which was a highlight of my trip. Definitely reserve in advance for dinner, though lunch is more available in the fall.

The gym, while small, had an efficient selection of machines. Getting around was easy with the nearby ferry stop, Tavernola, just a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel. Ubers aren’t really an option here, but the staff were always happy to organize a taxi for me. Overall, the exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable!

The hotel is beautiful, the food is outstanding and it's all located a 5 minute walk away from lake como itself. My wife and I spent 9 nights here for our honeymoon and we carnt wait to come back. OUTSTANDING!!!!
