This hotel is in a quiet part of town, which I prefer. It was an easy trip on the train (8 minute walk to the train). A few restaurants in the area for pizza in the evening if you don't eat while out for the day. The rooms were comfortable, staff quite pleasant and it is what I have come to expect of B&B. We stayed with our 3 young children in the duplex suite. There was plenty of space here, the luxurious finish and comfort were fantastic. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of our active children. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the location, the breakfast (fairly limited but very well cared for), everything was more than perfect.

Initially, we wanted to stay for one night. However, we ended up staying for two nights because we liked the location. The food, meaning the gnocci, was great. The room had everything we needed. In addition, the owner and his family were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location near many good restaurants and the ferry docks. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The bathroom was huge compared to other bathrooms we experienced during our tour of Northern Italy. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great location in Como. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was very delicious. Only complaint - the drinks at the hotel bar are incredibly overpriced. Just be aware that this is a popular hotel stop for cruises if you're traveling on your own.

September 2023 - Beautiful hotel inside and out! Staff was wonderful! We had a deluxe double room with partial lake view and it was too small for our liking. Restroom was also very small. But we had a great stay and it was easy to walk around.

The hotel was very nice and the location is excellent. It’s on a pedestrian plaza that has a lot of restaurants and bars and a lovely vibe. The only thing I could suggest is a few vegan options in the breakfast menu but I would definitely go back and recommend it.

This hotel was a great find in Como. The service is excellent. The rooms were nice and very clean. Daily breakfast provided was very good with lots of options. Would recommend when staying in Como as near the water and close walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry dock.

This hotel is a decent hotel with an excellent location that is walkable to all there is to see in Como. The elevators are tiny and slow. There is no pool, sauna or hot tub. The room is average sized. The bed is comfortable. Shower was nothing great, with spray shooting wider than the enclosure. Great customer service.

Stayed for 7 nights on a cycling vacation, using the hotel as a base to lay my weary body at the end of the day. The room was clean (had a fridge) and suitable, breakfast a good option (coffee, roll, croissant etc), staff excellent and all in all a very pleasing experience. The old town is a short walk away, nearby are cafes etc. If I am fortunate enough to return, I would certainly use again.

A bit more expensive than we expected but it’s a reasonable location from the centre of things and the room was very comfortable and clean, if a little small. This hotel is located roughly a 15 minute walk from the lake/touristy area you may be expecting. There are crosswalks and getting to said area isn’t hard. This hotel is very close to the San Giovanni train station on lake Como. It is well within walking distance to the duomo and the city center piazza. They offer a buffet style breakfast that is good before a day of sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
