It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. The hotel reception looks amazing but they seemed to have stopped the renovations at the room. They look old and have a lot of signs of usage. The bed and sheets are great however. But you can feel the hotel had a lot of usage. The fact there’s no view or access to the water was a big issue for us. On the bright side the service was exceptional.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Como tram and is very close to the city center. The 24-hour Carrefour is also about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are old, but it was fine for a night's sleep. It felt new because it had an antique feel.

A pleasant stay It's a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Room looks new. The location is only good if you have a car. Parking is not a problem. The only complaint is wifi/internet connection is very poor.
