I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I had requested a room on a high floor during the booking process, but I was given a room on the first floor with a view of the patio. The room was dark and completely lacked privacy—I had to keep my curtains closed at all times because people walking in the patio could see directly inside.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The walls were dirty, covered in scratches, and the paint was peeling. I was also given a room designed for accessibility, which I had not requested. The furniture was in terrible shape—scratched, damaged, and not well-maintained. There was also an unusual seating item that looked very out of place and in poor condition. The flooring was cold and uninviting, with bathroom-style tiles that made the space feel uncomfortable.

What concerned me most was that the fuse board in the room was not properly covered, which did not feel safe. The overall condition of the room was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

To make matters worse, the breakfast was very basic and uninspiring.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not meet the standards of a 4-star property, and my stay was deeply unsatisfactory.

This hotel. Absolutely horrifying. The photos of the rooms were after the reconstruction which is still NOT done and it was not mentioned anywhere. The AC didnt work, the painting in the rooms wasn’t done. The plaster was falling apart from the wall. we ordered a room with 1 king size bed and one extra bed for 200€ more and we got room with 1 king size bed without the extra one. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs weren’t even made from eggs and we could not even eat it. The bread was hard. The coffee machine was horrible and the coffee tasted like water. There was only a cheese, ham and pieces of tomatoes with melon in some weird water. The bed was screeching really bad and in the bathroom was something spilling out of the wall. The staff of the hotel did not want to change our room because of some weird reasons. It smelled really bad in there. Some of the lights did not work. In the description of the hotel is said that there is a pool which was not there too. Definitely NOT a 4 ⭐️ hotel. Absolutely NOT recommending. The only positive thing about this hotel is the place the hotel is at.

A terrible, horrible & awful hotel. Stuck here because of a tour booking. The rooms are terrible. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. The elevator is out. So o good luck getting to your room.

Worst ibis hotel I have ever stayed in, I'm a world traveler for both business and pleasure, in this particular 18-day trip to Italy, we've stayed so far in 2 hotels and 5 AirBnB's, this hotel is the perfect example why B&B and Airbnb's are becoming a better choice. I just lost my trust in this line of hotels. Location is the ONLY thing going for this hotel.
