Ibis Styles President Mini-hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I had requested a room on a high floor during the booking process, but I was given a room on the first floor with a view of the patio. The room was dark and completely lacked privacy—I had to keep my curtains closed at all times because people walking in the patio could see directly inside.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The walls were dirty, covered in scratches, and the paint was peeling. I was also given a room designed for accessibility, which I had not requested. The furniture was in terrible shape—scratched, damaged, and not well-maintained. There was also an unusual seating item that looked very out of place and in poor condition. The flooring was cold and uninviting, with bathroom-style tiles that made the space feel uncomfortable.

What concerned me most was that the fuse board in the room was not properly covered, which did not feel safe. The overall condition of the room was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

To make matters worse, the breakfast was very basic and uninspiring.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not meet the standards of a 4-star property, and my stay was deeply unsatisfactory.

Despite place has 4 starts it deserves for no more than 2 stars.
Room looked very old with loads of peeling paint and some damaged walls. Night table was damaged. Fuse board not secured. There was absolutely no privacy as windows were looking into terrace with access to other guests. I had to have my curtains closed during the day. Hotel did not respond to my messages and requests. Place is absolutely not worth its money. I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!
