We had a wonderful stay in Diano Marina. Wonderful room with a shady and fresh terrace, rich breakfast, and amazing location with breathtaking seaview. Thumbs up to Davide and Federica at the reception!!!!

The walked the extra mile to make our stay almost perfect. Everyone, from the house keeper to the director - had a smile on their faces and fixed everything. Thank you once again and see you next year

We booked this hotel last minute after we decided to leave the hotel we booked because of issues with the room. We got a very warm welcome at this hotel and a free upgrade to a sea view room

One particular gentleman in reception was very kind, he often came to meet me at the front doors and would carry my bike up the stairs for me. The staff in the breakfast lounge were pleasant and friendly

Good location directly on the beach, quite quiet location because the narrow street between hotel and beach is only moderately busy. Friendly staff, specially both of the ladies at the breakfast buffet.

I especially enjoyed the garden with its ancient olive trees and the modern swimming pool. The hotel’s private beach was spacious, unlike crowded public beaches

The service was outstanding; the staff were well-mannered, always smiling, and eager to assist with any needs. The rooms were nicely equipped, clean, and up to the standards of a 4-star hotel

Although the building’s exterior looks like it’s from the 70s, it’s well-maintained, indicating significant investment. Inside, you won’t notice the age of the building

The small pebbles made it easy to walk barefoot, unlike Nice’s larger, uncomfortable pebbles. I loved the hotel restaurant

We love this hotel, above all, the team is not only amazing & professional, but it is one of the very few hotels where you still have the pleasure to be welcomed - starting at the door & reception - by the very same dedicated employees

How to read my review: I highly value great service, so if the service is excellent, I tend to overlook minor flaws

They are great! Everything is new, clean, no problems! The only thing that could be improved is the service of towels for the beach - they should be included in the price of an already expensive room

We stayed in a JUNIOR SUITE because they gave us access to the beach. We really liked the room, breakfasts, dinners (definitely take half board or more), all the service workers

And what about the restaurant wizards? A team of fun guys, professional and always with a smile on their face, besides the fact that you eat divine. Greetings from Antonio and Sonia (bikers from Switzerland)

Nice, modern and very clean. I really liked the emotional bathroom with all the lights and stuff. A great compliment goes to SPA staff.. very professional and organized. 👍

And soundproof doors, because we heard everything that was happening in the corridor, above and from the side room. Otherwise, everything is perfect! Thank you very much!

We were guests at this hotel for 11 days and felt like home. Free and well organized parking for vans and motorbikes. Spacious and always spotless suite

Cosy hotel with lots of guests that are coming back every year. Employees know their job and are very at tentative and nice. Hotel have a private nice beach where you have your own numbered sun bed

Breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is quite good with a view to beach and sea. There is only a short walk to the town so go there for lunch and dinner

As town is located to the sea there are plenty of fresh seafood served in many of the restaurants try it out and go for the smaller of that you find a little to the side

For those who want a relaxing stay , of well-being, here it is in the ideal place. State-of-the-art pools and Spa, well-kept beach, comfortable rooms, quality cuisine

Excellent prevention of coronavirus. The beach is not small, but clean. too bad the treatment room is not equipped. A little claustrophobic and a little chaotic. too bad because the girl is very good

Surrounded by lush green palm trees and facing the sea is the Caravelle hotel. Here courtesy, charm and care are at home, the owners always have an eye on their customers

The room was clean, all shared areas clean. Close to the beach- like you can see it! This hotel should not advertise as having a pool! It is nothing more than a paddling pool; doesn’t come above the knee

The rooms are mostly ESE directed, the balconies are shadowed in the afternoon (thx God). Shuttle bus service to the beach or cc. Swimming pool is 1 minute walk. Sunambrella and sunbeds are provided on both locations

It’s just up the hills offering great views, yet only a 3 min walk from the beach with its many bars and restaurants, and maybe another 5 min walk from the town centre. You can easily drive into town too, if you want

We have just finished an 8 day holiday at the hotel Metropol. We do not usually use the hotel dining room for dinner but the food at breakfast and dinner is wonderful. The staff without exception were friendly and kind

The private beach is very large and the structure offers both umbrellas and sunbeds as well as kayaks, paddles and pedal boats with no time limit

In addition, on the day of departure we were given the opportunity to stay as long as we wanted and use all the services (including parking at the property), earning a good day to stay and without spending anything more

The quality-price ratio is adequate for the structure and the services offered by it. You can freely choose every day whether to have full board, half board or breakfast only and this offers guests a lot of freedom

With my four year old granddaughter Stella, we have just spent the Easter holidays in this splendid property. Bright and clean rooms, equipped with every comfort. The cuisine is from a starred chef

The best place you can bring your family to! It is amazing for children (a lot to do!) and parents as well (great food!). It's like being hosted by a second family that really cares and loves you

The location is perfect! 3 minutes away from the sea and 5 minutes walking from the town centre, where all the restaurants are. The staff was really friendly and accommodating.

Nice rooms but the lack of air conditioning is quite harsh. Cozy pool and bar area but expect nothing extraordinary

The biggest flaw of this hotel is the non-existing AC but if you can deal with that, I would recommend it

Position directly on the sea, slightly outside the center and located on a small road with no traffic. Clean and large room, with a splendid view of the sea and of Cervo, sleeping with the sound of the sea

however, the hotel only has five parking spots available so make sure you book it in advance by arranging it with the receptionists, otherwise, you will have to park on the street which depends on the time of the year can be quite difficult to find a spot

one thing I particularly enjoyed about the hotel is the way it’s located. because it faces directly east you get plenty of sun from early morning all the way to early evening which means more time for sun bathing

We didn’t get a chance to try lunch at the hotel because the hotel restaurant was always fully booked when we were there. Perhaps in the future they should give hotel guests priorities for lunch reservations

I stayed at the hotel only for one night the first time but I enjoyed it so much that i had to come back the following weekend for a much longer stay with my sister

The hotel offers a continental breakfast which is somewhat rare for Italian hotels, although i didn’t have any myself, my sister said it’s amazing

The biggest flaw concerns the COVID-19 issue: the staff (at the reception and in the restaurant) do not wear a mask or the door lowered and in the restaurant the spacing between the tables is completely absent, which are all very close to each other ( for this reason the terrace could be equipped, very spacious and which would obviate the problem of overcrowding of indoor tables)

Was worried around COV-19 but the whole hotel and apartments were very clean, including pre-booking for the pool area so as not to over-crowd and keep everyone safe

The hotel is fine, it's the family that run it that's the problem, we found that unless you're italian your treated like xxxx their rude, ignorant, arragant, unfriendly etc, however the rooms were clean food was ok , I Won't be returning !!!!

Pasta not very good No taste very bland. main courses well what can I say Sorry but not good. we went last year olso, female chef(very very good)this year was a male chef/cook. no imagination,no skill in catering

been on the hotels own adverts and pictures of perhaps years ago. food in ads looked very good;ie. trout in pepper sauce garnished with lemon and parsley. desserts pictured were raspberry and ice-cream in a coup

As a passing advert for a restaurant up in town,spag bolognaise at Da severing. My wife and I would love to go back to diano marina. But this hotel needs to sort things out. Our guides from shearing were okay

Good location, clean, staff that speak English, pool, beach club included if you stay for a week. If you travel with kids their apartments are highly recommended.

Stayed for 8 days had a great time, the room was always very clean the food was really good but we did get fed up with fried potatoes, a jacket potato would have been nice,, the pool was very cold but clean and plenty of sunbeds, all the Staff were lovely and really looked after us

Lady on reception went beyond her duty helping us with lifts to the railway station. Bar is generous with alcohol not that we are drinkers but he was very kind to those who were. Lovely views com the fith floor
