After a grueling train trip from Rome, staying here was heaven. Relaxing, comfortable, clean, and the food was terrific. The laid back atmosphere with the waves in the background will put you at ease. We will be returning!

We had a perfect beach vacation. Very friendly and nice staff working at the resort, always eager to help! Rooms are freshly renovated and clean. Pool area is green and calm with olive trees providing shade. Sun-beds at the beach are on a sufficient distance from each other making beach area less crowded compared to nearby.

The hotel surrounding area is nice, the service is excellent but the rooms we had are dated and the bathroom is very dark. You can also hear all the noises coming from the hallway and nearby rooms

We had an awesome experience! The staff of the hotel is friendly, polite & knowledgeable. The location has everything you could possible want, inclusive of shopping, swimming, biking,and especially eating. The proximity to Cervo and Imperia made our stay even more exciting. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. They kindly kept the restaurant open for us when we arrived late with our kids. Rooms are clean and spacious and the shower is an experience of it’s own.

We spent 24h at Torino Wellness, and we really liked the clean areas, nice room, great breakfast with a spectacular sea view. The bar staff also made my wife the best frozen strawberry daiquiri she had tasted!

I didn’t expect to find this diamond in a small village in Liguria. I hope they never sell to any of the big networks. Hotel is catered for any type of vacationer/business. I would like to point out that their restaurant caters for celiac and multiple gluten free options!!! They have amazing playroom in case it rains. Staff is above and beyond.

We stayed in a JUNIOR SUITE because they gave us access to the beach. We really liked the room, breakfasts, dinners (definitely take half board or more), all the service workers. They are great! Everything is new, clean, no problems! The only thing that could be improved is the service of towels for the beach - they should be included in the price of an already expensive room. Hotel is beautiful, location amazing, maria left our room amazingly clean, maria is the most smiley and helpful member of staff there. Hotel Diano Marina was the last leg of our Leger Holiday. The hotel was very good, the rooms were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach front location was stunning. The only criticism was that the menu was limited and the portions were on the small side. If you didn't like what was on the menu then it was rather difficult to get something different.

Hotel was in a nice location,our room had a balcony that faced the sea. Room was clean as was the hotel. Elevators were very small tho.All in all it fit our needs.

Great location. A short walk to whatever you need. Sumptuous breakfast served in a lovely, airy salon for 4 hours. Staff was professioal, efficient and frienfly. Adequate parking. Bicycles also available. Small activities room with exercise bikes, ping pong etc .

I stayed at Hotel la Baia for 5 nights in May 2025 for a cycling holiday. We were on a half board package. The hotel is just brilliant. The staff are wonderful, the location perfect, food incredible and it is very good value. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a super weekend with our young son, we picked the hotel for its beach location, reviews and facilities for the family. The friendly service was exceptionally consistent, it felt more like staying with friends than being in a hotel, certainly more like boutique than huge hotel. Definitely easy to recommend.

Stayed in Aug-2020 and it was fantastic! Rooms were clean and staff were excellent. Always smiling and helpful. Was worried around COV-19 but the whole hotel and apartments were very clean, including pre-booking for the pool area so as not to over-crowd and keep everyone safe. Lovely homely feel. Easy to relax here. Everything you need. Lady on reception went beyond her duty helping us with lifts to the railway station. Bar is generous with alcohol not that we are drinkers but he was very kind to those who were. Lovely views com the fith floor. I would go again.

Good location, clean, staff that speak English, pool, beach club included if you stay for a week. If you travel with kids their apartments are highly recommended.

Visited for a couple's vacation in September. Excellent location very close to the sea and very quiet. The whole staff, albeit essential and mostly young, is extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Small but unpleasant technical malfunctions in the rather sober room: malfunctioning roller shutter, sinks with signs of rust and limescale, few shelves for cosmetics and hangers in the bathroom....

Spacious and well-cleaned rooms .... excellent hotel location .... quality price ni .... on the food some defaiance ..... and very little very few staff and unprofessional ..... but overall acceptable .. ... I reported the shutter closing by itself .... room 28 .... and nothing has been done ..... I don't think I'll be back .....
