We did not stay at the hotel, but got lost and asked the receptionist for directions on a cold December night. She was very helpful and even offered transportation to our hotel. Great hospitality, even for non-guests! :)

I would recommend this hotel if you did not want to stay in the city of Venice and just wanted to commute both ways the bus system runs right by the hotel. You.are were about six minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle service. There was a great little restaurant about a block away that we visited twice while we were there

The hotel is nice. It’s clean and it’s centrally located to the bus stops for the #5 bus specifically to take you to Venice or the airport. You can buy a one time ticket for the #5 to get you to Venice from the hotel, and once you get there you can secure the full multi day pass if the local shop is closed like it was for me.

The hotel is close to the airport but not so close that you can walk to it. So no matter what, if you have to take a taxi (because the hotel only provides shuttles to the airport in a certain time window) it is a flat rate. It’s not any cheaper because your hotel is closer to the airport vs Venice so keep that in mind. My flight left at 6:30 a.m. so I needed to be at the airport early, and I had to pay a nightly rate which put my taxi over $30.

My biggest complaint and warning about this hotel is I requested a wake up call at 3 AM just as a back up to my alarm on my cell phone. I did not get a call. When I went down to the desk asked what happened, the guy advised me that he called me 3 times. My room phone did not ring once. So if you’re going to rely on them to wake you up, it’s very important that you test the room phone before you actually need it. In fact, I would just make sure that you have your own alternative to an alarm and not rely on them. That would’ve been a very expensive mistake if I had only been relying on them.

Super helpful staff. Bus # 5 is just outside the hotel and will take you to the Venice ferry terminal. Clean and bright and modern hotel. Great stay.

Great hotel, very nice, and rooms fully updated and spacious. Service desk was exceptional all providing great service and help for all questions. Hotel located 5m walk to the #5 bus providing quick transportation to Venice bus depot and boat taxi. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great price for the high value provided. Excellent hotel with affordable price with lots of great amenities and close to center city and very close to airport. Hotel provides shuttle service and helps you obtain cabs. We were there in end of June 2024 with family. Its only 25 euros cab ride away from VCE and both train stations. This makes things easy when you are traveling with family and luggage. So yes, conveniently located. Next morning we got complimentary bus passes from the hotel to go to Venice. So, 5 stars for location.
We were so impressed with the breakfast items. I am glad that I bought breakfast option. So many items to choose. And yes, they had halal options. 5 stars for the breakfast service also.
We had the economy family room which probably was a bit smaller, but I think that's the standard European size. No complains because the beds were really comfortable.
I am glad that I chose this hotel over more expensive options staying inside Venice. If they have availability, go for it.
