Such a bang for the money. We paid stupid less for a room for 3 and the room was perfect. I guess the price is because of the location but I can assure u that it is not a problem. With the bus system you can reach the island in about 15 minutes and almost every point in the city. The room was clean and the facilities good. Totally recommend it.

Perfect for us, we were coming in from a late night flight and were welcomed at check in at 1am with a reindly face. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we were after. Great breakfast and just what we were looking for.

Current date & time: Friday, 12 of July, approx 3am.
Arrived with 55 other passengers through EuropaMundo tour groups… Checked in at approx 15:00h.
Proceeded to room 504. Upon arriving at the room, I decided to shower… only to find out that the shower drain is clogged and the water overflows. Had to turn off the running water 4 times during my shower to allow the water levels to decrease.
After the shower, I went to control the A/C and get the room ready for bedtime. Thermostat reads “Cool/High/10°C” and there’s NO air conditioning blowing at all.
Eventually I managed to fall asleep, only to wake up at 3am DRENCHED IN SWEAT.
The most uncomfortable and unbearable heat… daily temps are reaching 90°F and this hotel doesn’t have proper air conditioning to keep up with the heat.
No option to purchase refreshments at the hotel, we’re obligated to purchase water from OUTSIDE the hotel.
Were denied access to the hotel’s restaurant as it was “reserved” for another group.
I will be checking out in the morning, and will never return.
My family also occupied room 503 and the A/C issues persists as well.
Group members staying in 2nd and 3rd floor did not experience any problems with the A/C.

Such a great hotel, with a luxurious hotel room, friendly staff, and generous breakfast buffet.
I'd highly recommend going there for those who want to have a great experience in Venice! Only thing is that if your flight is early in the morning, you gotta walk all the way to the train station for 20-30 mins to get the airport shuttle bus yourself.

Clean basic rooms,comfy big bed, fresh bedding and towels daily. All you need really! Would be nice to have some glasses for drinks in the room though, they do provide plastic cups for mouth rinsing in the bathroom so we made do. Breakfast had alot of choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located a short walk from the busy area we found ourselves. Google maps took us a ridiculously long way round. Just follow the road opposite the hotel! 20-30 min flat walk to the train station, or a bus stop within seconds from walking out the door. Lovely hotel for somewhere to relax after a long days walking!

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are large and clean.
Breakfast buffet is fresh and decent selection of food.
Hotel is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and cafes.
Close to bus stop.

It was the worst experience ever. We used agoda app to book for this hotel.
1.It was written that there was the parking lot available but at the arrival they said that it wasn't necessarily the case and it all depends on availability and we should have known even though it wasn't written while booking. We had to pay for the parking and walk for a while to our car and we would have never booked under these conditions.
2. We were asked for additional money at the arrival, which was also non included in the description of the hotel while booking (it was written that all taxes were included in the price) so the receptionist blamed the app for not writing it and the app's customer service blamed the hotel for not telling them so now it was our job as clients to pay for it.
Very rude people telling us how "this is Italy and this is how things are done in Italy". Well... Good to know!

Spacious room, nice breakfast variety and comfortable beds, however no shower door/screen meant water went all over the floor, shower temp also wasn’t consistent.

The room was nice and it had two twin beds pushed together The location isn't great but is reasonable for the price. You can find bus stop just 2minutes walkable distance from where you can get the bus to Venice and all the major attractions.
The buffet breakfast was included, it was not too good but manageable.
Overall I would say considering the price of the hotel it is okay to stay, if you are 2or 3people and sharing the expense.!!
