The hotel was ok , but unfortunately the staff , a romanian guy was so unpolite , arrogant and with a very bad behaviour with our group of friends . The guy came in the reception bar and turn the tv on a sport tv chanel , in order to watch football.

Far out of town. Rooms neat but quite average decor. Bathroom was nice
Boiled spinach and meatballs for supper was disrespectful to my stomach. Breakfast buffet was OK, staff polite enough.

Pretty good, but nothing special.
The included breakfast was very good. The room was a decent size, by North American standars. The location was a 2-minute walk from a good bus stop. No hot tub, which would have bumped this rating to 5 stars after a long day of walking, and no coffee service after breakfast. 4 stars...

LED light flashing in room all night from outside hotel front lighting
No phone working in room for 3 days Said water leak somewhere
No maintenance staff on duty much

Reception is very friendly and know English well. Cleaning department is well organised, very helpful and respect the do not disturb cards.
However, the catering staff does not replicate their colleagues' diligence. The food is lack luster and sometimes hair is found in the eggs. The cereal are off brand. When we sat at a table a woman hurriedly told us to go away saying it's a table for 4...when the tables were separated for 2 seats each..After we moved another couple sat there and she made no fuss.
The day before the storm I asked to see the dinner menu since there are posters everywhere of the dinner timings. The same woman told us we cannot eat dinner there and it's only for groups.

Reception is open 24h. Staff speak English good. Room is enough and good equipped: fridge, TV, big bed and wardrobe. Bathroom has average size and bathtube with shower (shower isn't closed - only one side glass - very strange and problematic to wash yourselves - water fly outside this "cabin"). Two elevators available. WiFi is available and has enough speed to streaming services. Breakfast is very good - becon, eggs, lots of ham, cheese, sweets etc - delicious!
Summary - hotel is adequate to the price. Very good breakfast. Hotel parking is small (15EUR/day) but nearby is public parkings (12EUR/day or little further 8EUR/day (less safety)). Near the hotel you find bus stop directly to Venezia. 750m away you will find big Lidl shop

Such a bang for the money. We paid stupid less for a room for 3 and the room was perfect. I guess the price is because of the location but I can assure u that it is not a problem. With the bus system you can reach the island in about 15 minutes and almost every point in the city. The room was clean and the facilities good. Totally recommend it.

Perfect for us, we were coming in from a late night flight and were welcomed at check in at 1am with a reindly face. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we were after. Great breakfast and just what we were looking for.

Arrived with 55 other passengers through EuropaMundo tour groups… Checked in at approx 15:00h.
Proceeded to room 504. Upon arriving at the room, I decided to shower… only to find out that the shower drain is clogged and the water overflows. Had to turn off the running water 4 times during my shower to allow the water levels to decrease.
After the shower, I went to control the A/C and get the room ready for bedtime. Thermostat reads “Cool/High/10°C” and there’s NO air conditioning blowing at all.
Eventually I managed to fall asleep, only to wake up at 3am DRENCHED IN SWEAT.
The most uncomfortable and unbearable heat… daily temps are reaching 90°F and this hotel doesn’t have proper air conditioning to keep up with the heat.
No option to purchase refreshments at the hotel, we’re obligated to purchase water from OUTSIDE the hotel.
Were denied access to the hotel’s restaurant as it was “reserved” for another group.
I will be checking out in the morning, and will never return.
My family also occupied room 503 and the A/C issues persists as well.
Group members staying in 2nd and 3rd floor did not experience any problems with the A/C.

Such a great hotel, with a luxurious hotel room, friendly staff, and generous breakfast buffet.
I'd highly recommend going there for those who want to have a great experience in Venice! Only thing is that if your flight is early in the morning, you gotta walk all the way to the train station for 20-30 mins to get the airport shuttle bus yourself.
