The hotel's location is very good, but the facilities are very lacking. The TV channels in the room were not working, and it seemed like the TV was just for show. Additionally, the internet speed in the room was very slow, almost like 2G speed. I informed the staff that my room didn't have internet, but they said they would check and nobody did. I am disappointed with the facility.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for access to Venice. There's a bus stop opposite the hotel.
The only minor thing is there's only one iron available in the hotel. There's an ironing room on the 5th floor where you can iron all your clothes. But you might want to bring your travel iron incase the hotel one is in use. Also tea coffee facilities in the room, but that didn't bother us so much.
Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I would love to mention for great service Selene and Rocco. Near a supermarket it is also a perfect location, close to the bus station, to get into Venice Island. Very recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location if you plan to travel to Venice by public transport. The rooms are neat and clean, so I have no complaints in that regard. The garage costs 20 euros per night, and given the location, it is definitely recommended to use it. The problem is the noise from the street, even with the windows closed. We had an unpleasant experience for two nights with noisy drunk guests on the floor above. We tried to resolve this by calling the reception, but it was impossible to get through. I don't know if this was just an issue with our room or if it's the same in other rooms at 1 AM. Staying outside the hotel was not pleasant because the area is full of asylum seekers who behave, to put it mildly, quite rudely after dark, making it uncomfortable to be outside. Overall, it's a good value for the price and location if you plan to use public transport to Venice, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. I was waiting for a baguette and the young blond server knew so he brought me a hot fresh baguette to my table. I was so grateful and impressed that he remembered and took the effort to do so. Highly recommend this place.

- Mold, blood, ruined furniture (I have seen better furniture in the trash), completely ruined floor and doors, no care for customers. Stay away, this is not a 4 star hotel!01.11.2022ZenHotels

+ Right in front of the bus station which will take you to the city centre and a 10min walk from the train station. Supermarket and cafés near. Staff is excellent- The wall plugs were too narrow, the rooms are somewhat outdated

I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast is delicious and filling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Italy.
The beauty also is that the bus service can be accessed from just outside the hotel and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery as you travel to Venice. Restaurants and bars are available which makes this location very central.

No t and coffee in rooms ?. Nice and clean. Food is good. Nice and easy to get to Venice bus stop outside.. Room was good size.shower was lovely..
