Mega confusing. It’s near impossible to buy the right tickets and find the right train. Everybody is really friendly, but sends you in opposite directions until you are either on the wrong train or have the wrong ticket or both. My advise is to take a lot of time when trying to get somewhere specific and not be too distressed when you find yourself on a train in the opposite direction of where you wanted to go.

We stayed here for 1 night but it was very nice, Ilaria and Ida were super friendly and helpful giving us tips to go visit the best places and where to eat the best pizza!
The place was very clean, beautiful and spacious.
The view from the balcony was also very beautiful! Totally worth the visit!

I stayed in what probably was the dirtiest and worst hotel room of my last decade of travels. The floor was dusty, dirty, and there were ants walking on the baseboards. The room had cigarette burns everywhere. The furniture was mediocre in the room, and dysfunctional in the bathroom (shower easily flooded, the bathtub was broken, there was a hole in the sink, two lights were broken). It seems that the room needed serious reparation and cleaning before renting it out. I am giving 1/5 because I cannot give 0. Ok, I understand that the place is cheap and very close to the central station, but the level of dirtiness of the room was just unacceptable by any standards for a hotel.

The rating and photos are deciving. The hotel is one floor in an annex building next to another hotel. The only thing nice about the room was what it once must have looked like. There was a broken jacuzzi, a hole in the sink, a flooding luxury shower, nothing in the minibar, a lightbulb missing from the bedside lamp, and cigarette burn marks everywhere, including a hole in the bed day cover. The floor was dusty, there were ants in the room, and cobwebs in the ceiling. Service was good and welcoming, and the little French balcony was nice. Breakfast is served in the main hotel.
