Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient.
Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in.
Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this.
My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Not worth the price to stay there, food was fine but nothing to get excited about.
Nothing says a relaxing time in a spa like having to wear a shower cap to use the facilities.
Give it a miss
The internal Restaurant is way too expensive compared to every other Restaurant you will find on the whole island! Thats why we recommend the Pizza Restaurant which is also more authentic.
One thing in the Hotel is a Bit Strange. All simple Jobs are done by black people. On the one Hand it’s good that they get employed there. On the other hand it feels a bit wrong.
General service is poor - staff at breakfast lacks basic social skills and had an attitude. Greeted at reception without even a basic hello. Overall atmosphere in the hotel is not great, bar was empty every night.

Rather boring restaurant. Pompous.
Excellent pool area.

Breakfast is good but you feel like in a cafeteria.
Horrible decor and ambience, like an American Mariot hotel.
This hotel really tries. But it is not quite there. But overall a good experience.
Main restaurant was not soo good in our opinion.
However pizza restaurant was excellent.
There is very little surrounding the hotel, so be prepared for a long walk to town or taxi etc. hotel feels a bit soulless.
pool bar was great as were the staff, especially the waitress from Moldova. (Sorry can’t remember her name.)
