We stayed 4 nights (07.24-27,2025) to attend a 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived late at night after a long flight. DIEGO was at the reception. He was welcoming and reassuring that our reservation was good. It set a good impression of the hotel.
The following day, and all the breakfast thereafter, CLAUDIO was a perfect host. He had a table reserved every day for our group of 7. He prepared a special extra food, not in the set menu, like scrambled egg, pancakes, fungi. I noticed that he engaged in slight conversation with other guests.
He made a good team with his colleague SIMONE.
We also commend ERICA who assisted us with our transportation need to srive us to the church. She has always a smile and a happy personality. SERENA too was a big help in assisting me with my printing needs.
I like to write reviews of the personnel because they are the face and living billboards of the hotel

The Hotel Europa is a hotel centrally located in Latina, so perfect if you need to be in this location. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but adequate for purpose. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - at check in, then also sorting out my taxi transfer back to Latina station. This was much appreciated.

Central Latina option
I had a short stay at the Hotel Europa when attending a nearby wedding.

The hotel is well located if you need to be in central Latina.

The property is slightly dated, but was clean and comfortable. In the room, hot water and WiFi were both reliable. The breakfast buffet is basic but adequate - some nicer bread and juice would be good additions.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and so helpful in arranging my taxi back to Latina station.

Pleasant Hotel in Town Centre
Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. There were no blackout curtains or blinds so the room was very light at night with spotlights from adjacent building and bright sun in the morning. The room was also very warm ( it was December), we had to turn off the heating and open the windows before going to bed to be comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff at Hotel Europa were warm, friendly and helpful. When I arrived super early for check in because of a family emergency, I was allowed to check in early to rest which was very kind of the reception staff. The spa was lovely, room great and location fab. I didn’t get to try the restaurant as it was not open on Sunday evening and on returning from dinner out, the bar was also closed which was a pity.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. I’d definitely return.

Good hotel but poor quality bed
The hotel is good and the location is convenient.
The staff very friendly and professional.
The bed are not good at all, very hard like a rock, my back hurt for 3 days after my stay. If they change the beds, I would give them 5 stars. I won’t be staying there because of that

Good location and friendly staff at the reception, we enjoyed our stay and stayed twice in January 2024, they upgraded us to their top suite during our second stay. Latina is a small city and therefore the location of the hotel was great and very convenient.

Nice location, best option to stay in Latina. They have upgraded me to their top suite which had a great terrace looking over Latina from the top floor.
