H10 Roma Città Hotel in Rome

This is our third stay at H10 Roma Città and again it has been a wonderful stay.
The staff have been consistently polite, welcoming, and so helpful. That goes for the staff at any section; reception, restaurant etc - they are all wonderful.
The breakfast is great - enough food to cater for all types, both cold and hot food - there is plenty of choice.
The cleaning staff do a great job, room was replenished everyday with fresh towels and cleaned so well.
The bed - I cannot stress enough how comfortable the bed is (and the pillows), I can confidently say it is the best bed we have stayed in from a hotel perspective. After long days of walking, they were heaven to come back to.
The hotel is a little out the way of all main attractions but there is a metro station which is about a 15 minute walk and closest bus stop is about 5 - 10 minutes away depending on where you are getting the bus.
The hotel also offers a €12 taxi service that drops you by Circo Massimo - from here you have around a 10 - 15 minute walk and you’re close to the Colosseum.
We upgraded to the executive room (Room 422), whilst there is not much in the way of views, you can see certain land points in the distance. The room itself is spacious, has a kettle and tea/coffee functions which were replenished everyday, and a mini, which is free to use if you upgrade (it was €25 per night extra).
We stayed 4 nights and paid €60 in city/tourist tax.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel - it has everything you need for your stay at a great standard.
This hotel is in a quiet residential area with plenty of restaurants etc close by and the hotel itself has restaurants, however, we haven’t utilised them (aside from breakfast).
We will absolutely be back again.

We have recently visited the H10 Roma Città and were delighted with the outcome and had to report it. I used to visit Rome for business and staying near the Colosseo, but we booked this place as it was included in an Air Canada flight+hotel package. While not central, we were able to walk, take the bus, metro, taxis, and reach all destinations without any issue. The proximity to Trastevere allows easy connection with many bus lines and the regional train. The included breakfast offer a great variety of food to choose from, one of our favorite being the pistachio croissant. Room service is happening everyday. The only negative thing to report is that since we arrived early from an overseas flight the room was not ready (fully expected), but the staff was primarily focused on selling us an upgrade to a Deluxe room (25 Euros more per day) which is the exact same room we had except the minibar comes free of charge. To me, it's not that our room wasn't ready but feels more like a scam to upsell to other rooms instead. We opted to wait for our room, which wasn't made available until 3pm sharp *and* following another request that they fulfill their guarantee now that we reached 3pm. This being said, they offered to secure the bags for us free of charge while we roamed the city. They offered a map and guidance for local attractions and transportation.

Clean, modern hotel. We found staff to be very helpful and friendly. Location is quite far from main attractions, this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Around a 15 min walk to the nearest train station to get to attractions. Paid extra for breakfast each morning which was more covenient than going out. Selection was fine, more gluten free options would have been good. Items running out sometimes and some not being replenished very quickly and some items such as spanish omlette not on a heated plate so went cold. The rest of the food was nice. Overall, positive experience, clean and comfortable beds, rooms made up daily with clean towels etc. Would recommend it you dont mind a morning stroll to transport ☺️

We had a great stay at the H10 Roma Citta recently. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a few drinks in the bar, and again, the staff were really friendly (the cocktails were also good).

They were able to offer umbrellas on days that rained and were very knowledgable on public transport. It may seem like this is far from the main sights, but it isn't. It's fairly easy to get into the centre, either by a short trip on public transport, or if you're able (and the weather permits) with a leisurely walk. If you're looking for a more 'buzzy' place, then it may not be the best fit. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, with little going on in the evening.

The pool was quiet and clean and they were able to offer pool towels at reception.

If you're thinking of staying here, I recommend booking directly on their website as we found it to be cheaper. They may also have bespoke discounts that do not show on third-party websites.

This is a very nice hotel. It's in a quiet location, slightly outside the city centre. It's actually within walking distance of Rome's famous sights, one just needs to cross over to the Tiber river and walk for an hour along the river bank (which it seems nobody but me does). The neighbourhood nearby is slightly mixed, but directly from the hotel one neither hears nor sees that. The hotel operates a convenient taxi voucher system, which helps get to the city centre (and back) by taxi in quarter of an hour or so.
Staff at the hotel is super correct and friendly. On the day of my departure I stored my luggage and came back in the afternoon; they let me use the shower in the fitness area and even lent me a towel. Much appreciated.
I enjoyed the restaurant, bar and fitness centre/rooftop pool. Unfortunately there were were some rowdy and noisy people there. They smoked, shouted all the time, and jumped into the pool at all angles (which wasn't allowed). I think hotel personnel should be slightly stricter in admonishing such unpleasant people or even banning them.

The location is a bit remote, the hotel room is average, but the attitude of the hotel front desk staff is really good! There is a great restaurant nearby.

Very welcoming staff, great room size and bathroom.  The hotel is very clean and fresh.

The room is ok and the front desk is friendly.

The location is not in the city center, but the hotel has a taxi voucher to the Colosseum area, which is 12 euros one way, which is quite convenient.

Towels are often missed.
