Decent hotel for its price. The location is great though as you can easily walk to main attractions, metro station and bus stops are not far away either.
The restaurant & bar works 7pm - 10:30 pm . The food is very good even though I'd say a bit pricey, but that's what it is when you don't want to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. The view from the rooftop bar is great and I'd imagine it hits differently when the terrace is not packed for winter. Anyway I enjoyed my stay

What I will say is that the location is very convenient if you are here for pleasure. Everything is within a decent walking distance and there are plenty of cheap food options around.
My friends and I stayed here for spontaneous trip and the first thing we noticed upon getting to put floor was the horrendous scent of wet mould and poop which they have done an extremely poor job at masking with the overwhelming scent of lemons.
The rooms are tiny for the price and the walls are thin so we were subjected to listening to our neighbours go at it like rabbits this valentines morning.
The breakfast was fabulous, bar staff was great and very accommodating when we brought our own alcohol.
My biggest disappointment is that the house keeping lady did take a poop in our toilet which was evident but the smell and the stains left.

Just awful. Don’t stay here, it’s been the worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. When complaining, the staff are uninterested in resolving any issues properly. The place is filthy dirty, they are trying to look “high end” and missing by a mile! The spa smells dirty and wet, with no changing facilities. I ended up not using any spa facilities in fear of catching an infection! Take a look at the photo of the chopping board I snapped in their bar! I felt sick seeing the place so disgusting and didn’t feel confident eating here after seeing this. The staff are rude, the atmosphere is not pleasant, and the beds are really hard. The pillows are cheap and flat, the towels in our room were dirty and there is no air conditioning as advertised.

Experience very grateful there. Room is really confortable and suitable for all requirements that a guest could need. The spa is marvelous and the gym is basic.
Service is just and could be better given that our room was not cleaned one day. Spa facilities and the deposit to provide one you do check in are not explained on booking.

We usually stay in 4-star hotels so I have a basis for comparison but unfortunately this hotel does not reach this standard, the people at the reception are very helpful and kind. The elevator is small and it was constantly broken during the 4 days we were there. The bed linen in the room is clean but the bathroom is moldy, hairs on the floor and dirt. The second day they forgot to clean it. The bathroom is moldy, dirty, not stocked. The breakfast was delicious. It could be better with a little attention and effort but unfortunately it was a disappointment.

Stayed here for the first few nights after opening: very nice team, good breakfast, clean and nice room and very good location to explore Rome on foot (and also easy train access to the airport). Would stay again :)

Good rooms, super friendly staff. Very good price quality! Hotel is centrally located, parking is around the corner for a reasonable rate. Really recommended! Breakfast takes a bit longer due to COVID, but you can also have a great breakfast in the city. The roof terrace is also lovely.

Only thing not to complain about was the customer service - the staff is generally very helpful. Location was the sole reason why we chose the hotel. We paid 2k eur for a 5 night stay. The room is extremely small, there’s barely to walk around the bed. The balcony door was really hard to close and sound proofing is non-existent. We could hear even low tone conversations from the rooms around ours. Balcony hasn’t been cleaned for a lifetime, there were rotting cigarette butts there (I mean it, rotting). Breakfast was disgusting - old food, unfresh cheese and fried bacon that looks like it was fried a month ago. Definitely not a good hotel. I’d be better taking a 40min train from a farther location everyday than staying close to the center in this kind of low-quality place.

We stayed at this hotel in Rome this week and would deffo recommend.
Location: The hotel is great! 10-15 minutes walk to the main sights and also a 5 minute walk to the metro. Only downside is that we did stay in the annex and probably would’ve preferred to be in the same building which is why it’s lost a star. I have seen many comments about the entrance of the annex but please note the entrance to the annex I do believe is not owned by the hotel and they only take care off the rooms on the first floor. I could be wrong! 😊.
Service: I couldn’t fault when I was there check in was smooth and we managed to get in our room early. This is subject to availability! The room was cleaned daily and new towels provided without fail. Nothing I could fault with this experience!
Rooms: A lovely cosy and comfortable room! Really modern look and feel. Rooms are cleaned well but not thoroughly but that’s me being picky and again would rather have been in the main building so lost a mark here!
Deffo would stay here again and overall had a great experience and stay! 😊

Enjoy the the bar on the top floor very nice view, but … Roberto Roberto doesn’t have customers skills. Rude rude I don’t think he realizes people are paying and paying well at this hotel
