Hotel Saturnia & International

It’s only the start of my stay but I absolutely love love love this hotel, especially the very kind staff. Laura is so helpful and has made this an incredible stay so far. The rooms are fantastic. All the staff are so friendly. Location is 10/10. The breakfast is superb!!! We are soooo happy here - thank you Laura and everyone here for all the kindness and warmth!!

First of all, you’re in Venice, so… you know… that’s an awesome starting point right there! This hotel, though, makes the whole experience better! The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is so good! But I think what sets this place apart is the staff who are warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t complain about anything.
Rooms, big got a hotel room with lots of space for clothes and in general.
Safe and wardrobe all nice. Nice size bathroom with bath and a shower.
Hotel itself is a great location for the main square or if you wanted to head to Gucci or jimmy choo.
Rooftop is a nice place to have a drink and relax.

What a charming hotel. Our room was a little small but very clean and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. The location was excellent- you cannot choose a better spot in Venice. But the staff was even better. Absolutely fantastic in every aspect.

I loved this hotel. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations for dinner. The location is great, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Grand Canal, St. Mark's Square, and gondola rides. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Saturnia was the perfect hotel for our 1-night stay in the heart of Venice. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from San Marco and close to many restaurants.

Service was excellent, helping us to arrange our water taxi and walking us to where it was, as the normal port that the hotel uses out back was unusable due to high water levels.

Rooms are unique and charming. Our floor (1st) had a little lounge area with coffee and tea.

Wonderful breakfast buffet included serving everything from bacon and eggs to a big Nutella jar.

For short or long stays in the heart of Venice, Hotel Saturnia is the place to be.

Hotel Saturnia is amazing! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. It has canal access for water taxis and is on one of the nicest streets in all of Venice, and very close to all of the action that is St. Mark's Square & the Doge's Palace. It is also steps away a Gondola pickup point.

Our 3-night stay was amazing. We were happily greeted and our bags were taken to our room for us. Our room didn't look exactly like the pictures online, but it was similar and still nice. Their is a mini bar in the room, but they charge bar prices. The wait staff in the bar & restaurants were very friendly. The breakfast offers a very large spread of delicious food. The dinner restaurant is on the expensive side, but a wonderful dining experience: You get what you pay for. The rooftop patio is very nice and offers an incredible view of the city!

You can pre-schedule a water taxi at the front desk to pick you up on your last day for 80 euros. This was definitely a highlight of the trip for us.

So this is by far my second favorite hotel out of all the ones I stayed in during a two week trip to Italy. From the moment we walked in something about the hotel was welcoming and different. Our room was big and had these classic old school wooden details we had a really cool view of the canal and I loved the breakfast here. Everyone that worked there was always so friendly and always asked us if we needed help with anything. The next door restaurant La Caravella was our go to place after a long day and we enjoyed going back to the hotel after touring all that Venice had to offer. I can’t wait to come back here!

Hotel Saturnia had the perfect combination for what we were looking for in our 1-night family stay in Venice. The location is ideal, situated on a ‘main’ street (Calle Larga XXII Marzo) and located close to main attractions and great shopping and restaurants. The room, like the hotel, was unique, making you feel like you are staying in a historic building (hotel is family run since 1908), but still providing the comforts of a modern hotel. The service was superb; from the moment we arrived we were treated with incredible customer service covering everything from restaurant recommendations to transportation. To top it off, a wonderful full breakfast was included. Would highly recommend this hotel, for any purpose, family, couples, or business.

Location is very good in the touristic area, very close to san marco square (5 mins walking)

Staff are very friendly, the receptionist looks like Stanley tucci

Room was small but nice and clean, it has a small balcony with a view to buildings of Venice, bathroom was good but the sink was closed (we did not change the room since we had no time only 1 night in venice)

Breakfast is included, it's nice, not a big buffet but good, it had pastries, juice, milk, eggs, cheese, waffle,yogurt.

Receptionist gave us a map and told us the most important olaces to visit.

The hotel overall is nice, old, it has a terrace on the roof top.
