Hotels on first line in Lido Di Ostia

Staff was very friendly even if we checked in late. As you walk in the structure you find a beautiful terrace that overlooks the town centre and has a nice sea view. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast

We spent one night in this B&B in January. The hotel is right in the centre of the town, a minute walk from the pier. Parking may be difficult to find on busy days but it's free

There's a common kitchen with plenty of choice for breakfast. Our room was very cosy with a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you plan on staying in Ostia

Not given a room with a sea view and recommend not the best restaurant of the nearby. Keep up the great work

Not a bad hotel but it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. No swimming pool, no business center, rooms are very basic. Good if you're staying a night but not longer.

We stayed here our last night before flying home. The room was was very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the see and marina. Lots of restaurants near by and walkable

Can't say anything negative of this place. The staff was great. The breakfast was marvelous. The view, breathtaking. To be picky, I wish that the soap was bigger (hardly lasted one bath).

Roberta at the front desk was so helpful and friendly the entire time. I’m really grateful she took the time to help us and give us directions for anything we needed

The room was clean, the location was super convenient next to the pier with lots of restaurants, and I really don’t have anything bad to say

Great location across the street from the beach, lots of food choices close by, short walk to the Metro station that will take you in to Rome

Right on the beachfront road with plenty of restaurants around and an acceptable breakfast provided. But many of the appliances in the room are of cheap build and a bit broken

My wife & I stayed a night as we had a flight out of FCO in the morning. This place is very close to the airport, right on the ocean with many nearby restaurants

Comfortable rooms and beautiful views of the sea! The breakfast was very convenient as well. We also used the hotel shuttle from the airport. It was a short train ride to visit Rome for the day

We came to Ostia to visit family and we were so happy with our choice to stay at Hotel La Scaletta. The Hotel is clean and it was perfect for our stay

Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot

An absolutely fine accommodation located right on the beach. It would definitely need a big renovation, as everything seems very old and worn, but rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay

The shower facilities are amazing, I have not seen them anywhere else in Italy, even though I have been to every city in the country I give it a 5 and I don't understand why this hotel doesn't have that rating, it's the best place in this city

Lovely family hotel placed just across the beach. We had a clean and welcoming room with a small balcony viewing the see! Wonderful! AC, wi-fi, fridge and toilet articles were available in the room

Good isolation from the street noise! Italian breakfast -very sweet😉! The best of all is the kind and helpful hotel staff, ready to satisfy the guests requests at any time (they actually saved our vacation, we are grateful for that!)

A beatiful hotel! Good service and very nice and clean rooms. There is also a refrigerator in the room, and our bathroom and room was newly renovated

Don't forget to bring an adapter for the plugs if you want to charge your laptop in the room😉. We kindly recommend La Caravella!

We would definately like to go back to this hotel if we visit Ostia in the future

This was a nice stay for a number of reasons: great location with the sea right across the street, walking distance to restaurants, short 15-20 minute ride to the airport

The property is quite close to the airport, so it's a good option if your flight is at odd hours. The view of the sea is quite refreshing.

And the location was perfect, easy to get to with the transport from Rome (for only €1,50!) and right on a beautiful beach

Really friendly & helpful staff, great location for what we wanted. €1:30 bus to/from fiumicino airport (tickets purchased at coffee shop at airport🤷) lovely front & rear terraces, really enjoyed our stay here.

Loved this place! The photos don’t do the atmosphere justice, it is really a retro lovers dream. They curated the best vibe down to the music. It made you feel like you were in a 60s film

The rooms were simple, yes a bit dated, but maintained in a clean and functional matter - it’s not luxury but for us we just wanted a place to crash that was clean

The hotel staff was fantastic! The price you pay is incredibly affordable and the location is decent. The rooms could use a deep clean though.. At least ours could. Our bathroom smelled like urine..

Super nice staff, rooms are a bit old but still cosy. Nice few on the ocean. Price wise I would say for a location like this perfect. And and and the breakfast is super nice.

We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

Into Rome centre in 20 minutes via the Metro interconnect at Pyramid station (it serves the Metro and Ostia line). Eating/drinking places are open until early morning near the hotel

Handy but take a rroom on a higher floor to minimise street noise. Shuttle to the airport for 15 euro. Say hi to the driver, who was great also!

10 minutes easy walk to the train / bus station. Trains are frequent, inexpensive and will get you to Ostea Antica (a must see) in 2 stops

Really welcoming and comfortable hotel, connected to various services and facing the beach in a fairly stocked area, friendly and very kind staff, the owner very helpful and kind, her sister-in-law is also very nice, rooms always clean and very welcoming, truly a stay very relaxing and enjoyable short

Definitely comfortable because it is located on the seafront, but otherwise it is a dated structure with an uncomfortable bathroom where the spaces are tiny, the room is comfortable enough, however, to reach it there is no lift, only stairs

The room was cleaned every day and the service was great! Thank you to Filippo and his colleagues. We loved the beach, the hustle in the city and the walks along the coast. Near Maison 6 are great restaurants and cafés

Although very nice, the room was quite small for the price (they stayed in October thus no high season) The room was on offer on booking and despite this still a bit pricy. Very clean and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at maison 6. The Guest House is in an excellent location by the beach. Furthermore there is a good public traffic connection to rome city

Nice communal area and kitchen, amazing view of the pier and great location (walking distance from Lido centro station and just in front of the free car zone) I really liked the furniture and interior design of the all space

I talked to the owner over the phone and it was easy to arrange everything for the arrival. We did online check-in so only collected the keys onsite from the maintenance/cleaner person who was really nice and helpful

The only minus we have encountered is the size of the room, which was way too tiny for two persons. Otherwise, breakfast was OK and the staff helpful.

Eccellent stay! Clean, cozy, ecxellent coffee and everything just fine. Metro station in 5 minutes walk, restaurants, supermarket, farmacy, beach - everything at short walk distance.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at one of the apartments by Ostia Holidays. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything that it needed. The location was close to all amenities and made the stay pleasant

Key collection was quick and simple, and handing over of the keys was just the same. Will use Ostia Holidays again next year when I return

They arrange shuttle for you for 25 euros per room. The room was clean with a balcony facing the beach. Do not expect luxury as it is perfect for what it iseant to be and that is a beach hotel

The location is very close to the airport and right next to the beach. There's also tons of restaurants and gelateries to choose from nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a TV and a nice bathroom

A surprisingly nice location, swimming for kids in safe areas in the beach. I folded the hotel business card in half and used it to replace the odd switch that requires the door key to turn on the AC

A great place to unwind and relax on the beach. It is also a great location next to the airport if you have delays. Restaurant below is also the best on the strip

It's more of a beach hotel with great reviews. The person at the reception was very patient and friendly. I had booked a room just for one night as it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight

The Italian breakfast is very poor, but not just here. The coffee was really delicious. Our room was pretty, but need a little renovation. The terrace and the sunbeds was comfortable.

I am so happy to be cutting my trip to Rome short by one day. I want to finish my vacation by the sea, surrounded by nice people and amazing food. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I walked along the beach two mornings ago and I was impressed with how clean the beaches are. The town does a great job of maintaining things. The restaurant is outstanding

I have stayed at Hotel Oltremare three times now and I absolutely love it. The staff is so genuine and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and you are literally seaside

It is so peaceful, I can't think of a nicer way to spend the night before a long flight back to the States. The wifi is great, so is the breakfast. And the views of the ocean at sunset are amazing

In fact, I am cutting my trip in Rome short by one day so that I can return to Hotel Oltremare to spend my final night in Italy there
