Hotel Tiziano

The rooms look very nice, clean and well prepared. The staff friendly and always helpfull. A nice hotel and I have no complaints. Even the location is not bad even though its pretty far from the main part of venice but the neighborhood full of bars and restaurants with way better prices becouse its not ao touristy.

Service attitude is very nice.Booked a triple room, very good! Breakfast is also good! Will stay again next time I come! Recommended! 👍❤️🎉

Due to the airline's flight transfer, we were additionally forced (2 people) to stay in Venice for one night, namely, from April 30 to May 1, 2025. Previously (7 nights) we stayed in Venice at the Casa Caburlotto hotel. The choice fell on the Tiziano hotel, because it was 10 minutes from the first hotel. Booked through Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The price without breakfast is 14,326.00 R (136.4 €). Compared to Casa Caburlotto (price per night 14,289.4 R with a very modest breakfast), the Tiziano hotel wins by a wide margin in all respects at almost the same price!!! The hotel is located in the Dorsudoro area, not far from the train station, on a quiet street, but the truth is, we were not accommodated in the main building of the hotel, but in a house on the opposite side of the street, which also belongs to the hotel, and at night there was a little noise from another street, where there was a bar.
The hotel is beautiful, fashionable, the rooms are spacious, beautiful design, everything you need and even more. Super class! There are breakfasts in the hotel. The only thing is that we were accommodated on the first floor, and there are low ceilings and not much light, since the window is small, compared to the second and third floors, where there are high ceilings and large windows. Therefore, it is better to settle on the second and third floors. But the hotel is very good and decent. We liked it. The girl at the reception helped us do online check-in for the plane and printed out boarding passes. Special thanks to her! The rating for the hotel and staff is 9.5 points!!! I RECOMMEND!!!

Very beautiful, very cute room, every service staff is very friendly, great value for money, and there are discounts, but it is far from the train station, it is recommended for people with less luggage

We stayed in the Appartamento Canaletto Annex. The room and the staff were great. We loved our time in Venice. The location was excellent, being in a quieter area with easy access to less expensive food, but still within walking distance to all the major areas. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator.

First of all, the service was all we could wish for. Everyone was so nice, they remembered us and one fine man could even speak french which was so nice to ear. To be able to be served in our native langage in another country is always a heartfelt moment. The rooms were nice and the view was of a canal next to the hotel. The area is a quiet one, so it’s perfect for those who like to have a little nook far from tourists. We would quit the busy area around San Marco or around the grand canal to this peaceful neighborhood 10 minutes from the main area and have a peaceful evening.

The hotel is located southwest of the main island of Venice. The transportation is not very convenient, but the hotel is a typical European hotel. It is not large in scale and the breakfast is also OK.
