Great service and nice, clean room. Note - this is about a 15 minute walk from the busiest part of Venice with the tourist attractions. We appreciated the quieter side of town (still with plenty of places to eat and shop)! All the staff speak Italian and English which is very helpful. Breakfast is not included (typical in Italy).

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. WiFi was good, reception was friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty with a friendly staff.
We picked it for its distance from busier areas to enjoy quiet. Next time, we might room closer to the main areas only b/c of the long walks, not because of anything the hotel did.
No elevators, if you have a lot of bags.

Aesthetically pleasing decor made the stay more homey and enjoyable:) fast internet too! The sofabed was quite squeaky; it wasn't uncomfy though. The room even includes a kitchen and an oven, and fridge, so we were able to make meals in the room too. Jessica was very accommodating and very helpful. Very good 😺🫶

This was our first stop on our vacation. The room was very comfortable and clean with great views of the canals. Breakfast was included and was very good for the typical Italian breakfast. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The area was quiet, not in the “touristy” area but close to most of the sights. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We stayed in a detached house right next to the hotel main house.
We were very comfortable with our 2 children aged 7 and 10.
The decoration, cleanliness and comfort of the room was great.
Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.
The location is on a quiet street.
San marco square is 20-25 minutes away on foot.
There are not many restaurants to eat and drink near the hotel.
We parked our car in the parking lot and walked to the hotel in 10-12 minutes and it was not difficult for us.
We were very comfortable with our 2 children aged 7 and 10.

Quiet location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. As usual in Venice, be prepared for lot of stairs to your room and no elevator.
